Victim reported unknown suspect broke into victim's vehicle by breaking the passenger window while the vehicle was parked on Hyde Park Road between 3:30pm and 5:00pm. Several items were reported stolen from within the vehicle to include 2 handcuff cases, duty belt, ASP baton, OC spray, latex glove pouch and a backpack. Victim noticed a white moving truck leaving the area but was unable to obtain license plate information.

Location: Interstate 40 mile poost 284, Edgewood N.M.
Suspect: Adam Fortenberry, 33 years old, Edgewood New Mexcio
On April 13th 2011 above suspect was stopped for a traffic violation. Further investigation revealed suspect was in possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of suspected meth. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Stolen: Misc Jewelry.
Between Monday 04-11-2011 at approximately 4:00pm and April 13, 2011 at approximately 9:32am, the above residence was burglarized by forced entry through the rear door. Misc. Jewelry was stolen from master bedroom, unknown value amount. Suspects are pending further investigation.
The value of the stolen jewelry is pending at this time.

Stolen: 50 Ristras of Chili
Sometime between the hours of 6:00 pm on March 29th 2011 and 8:00 am on March 30th 2011 unknown person(s) took 50 ristras that were hanging from the porch of the above stated address. Victim needed a case number for insurance purposes. This case is pending further investigation.

Location: Mile Post 274 Interstate 25
Arrested: Rydel V. Curtis, Age:26, Albuquerque New Mexico
Deputy was dispatched to a possible drunk driver on Interstate 25. Deputy observed vehicle traveling on Interstate and conducted a traffic stop. Deputy observed above listed arrestee, showed signs of impairment. Several tests were conducted by Deputy and determined above listed arrestee was impaired. Above arrestee was transported and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

ITEMS STOLEN OR DAMAGED: FRONT DOOR, JAM AND COAT HANGER, VALUED AT $550.00
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM HEARD HIS BURGLARY ALARM GOING OFF TO HIS HOUSE. HE ARRIVED AND FOUND WHERE SUSPECTS HAD KICKED IN HIS FRONT DOOR CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS. VICTIM REPORTED SEEING TWO YOUNG MALES RUNNING FROM THE AREA HEADING TOWARDS CEADER CREEK. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

ARRESTED: GUADALUPE FIERRO, 18 YOA, SANTA FE AREA
CHARGES: POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, DRIVER TO BE LICENSE, SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS AND SPEEDING
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, DEPUTY OBSERVED A DODGE NEON SPEEDING WEST BOUND ON AGUA FRIA. DEPUTY STOPPED VEHICLE AND FOUND THE DRIVER LISTED ABOVE DID NOT HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE AND HAD A WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND FOUND TO BE IN POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, MARIJUANA UNDER ONE OUNCE AND 106 HYDROCODONE PILLS. SUSPECT WAS TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Stolen: Bottles of all types of liquor, (Fifths of Jack Daniels, Patron, Vodka, Grey Goose, Canadian Mist, Bud and Bud light cooler bags.
Between April 11th 2011 at approximately 12:00 midnight and 6:45 am on April 12th 2011 unknown individual (s) entered the Pro shop of the Country Club Golf Course by breaking a 4x5 window and glass door. Once inside the unknown person(s) entered the pro shop and removed the above stated items. The items were located empty, near hole #1 of the golf course. This case is pending further investigation.

Stolen: Two five gallon tanks Anhydrous Ammonia
On April 12th 2011 at approximately 12:30 am, two males were caught stealing two propane tanks of Anhydrous Ammonia. One subject was caught by a Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputy. The caught offender stated that he was going to use the Anhydrous Ammonia to manufacture methamphetamine and sell it out of state. Also located were several tubing, bottles and hoses used to make methamphetamine. This case is under investigation. The subject was charged with Manufacturing methamphetamine, Larceny and Criminal Trespass.

Deputies responded to a call of a fight in progress. Upon arrival victim stated to Deputy that a subject entered the residence without their permission. The subject then hit the victim in the face with a child's toy guitar. A small child was nearly hit during the altercation. Case is under investigation.
