ON THIS DATE DEPUTY CHECKED ON THE WELFARE OF SUSPECT AFTER IT WAS REPORTED HE WAS INTOXICATED. AFTER DEPUTY CAME INTO CONTACT WITH SUSPECT HE STARTED A DWI INVESTIGATION AND FOUND THE SUSPECT WAS IN FACT INTOXICATED AND HAD HIS 6 YEAR OLD SON IN THE VEHICLE. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE THREE OTHER DWI ACTIONS ON HIS DRIVING HISTORY. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED FOR FELONY DWI AND ABUSE OF A CHILD. SUSPECT SON WAS RELEASED TO HIS MOTHER. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, VICTIM REPORTED BETWEEN 4;30 PM ON TUESDAY THE 22ND AND 8:15 PM TODAY, SOMEONE HAD THROWN A ROCK THROUGH THE WINDOW OF THE DOOR AND ENTERED HIS HOME. SUSPECT THEN REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS AND LEFT. iTEMS VALUED AT ABOUT $7,990.00. SOME OF THE ITEMS WERE ENTERED INTO NCIC COMPUTER SYSTEM. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

Deputies were dispatched to a burglary at the above location. Victim reported several items missing from his residence. Upon investigation the victims son was located on the property and in possession of narcotics, paraphernalia, and stolen items from his fathers residence. Suspect was taken into custody and booked into The Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. Subject was involved in a verbal argument with a household member that escalated. During the argument he punched the victim in the face. When he exited out of the residence the suspect slashed the victim's vehicle right rear tire. He was taken into custody and booked for Battery against a household member and Criminal damage of a household member's property.
