CHARGES:  AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT WAS INVOLVED IN AN ARGUMENT OVER MONEY WHEN SUSPECT DEMANDED THE CAR KEY AND LEFT THE HOUSE.  VICTIM LOADED SOME ITEMS INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE AND LEFT THE HOUSE.  SUSPECT THEN CAME UP BEHIND VICTIM ON THE ROADWAY AND POINTED A GLOCK HANDGUN AT HIM AND THEN STARTED CHASEING HIM FOR SEVERAL MILES.  vICTIM REPORTED HE WENT ACROSS COUNTRY TO GET AWAY FROM SUSPECT AND TO CALL THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE TO REQUEST HELP.  SUSPECT WAS LOCATED AT THEIR HOUSE AND THE HANDGUN WAS LOCATED IN THE VEHICLE.  SUSPECGT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGE AND TAKEN TO THE  ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.


CASE 0211004855 / UNLAWFUL TAKING OF A MOTOR VEHICLE / 04-08-2011

LOCATION:  2500 BLOCK OF STATE ROAD #13 TOURQUOISE TRAIL AREA

ITEMS STOLEN:  1987 JEEP CHEROKEE, BLUE IN COLOR, VALUED AT $500.00

ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED THAT HIS VEHICLE LISTED ABOVE WAS TAKEN FRIOM HIS PROPERTY BETWEEN 11:40 AM AND 6:50 PM .  SUSPECT THINKS AN EX-GIRLFREIND MIGHT HAVE THE VEHICLE, BUT DEPUTY WAS NOT ABLE TO CONFIRM THIS INFORMATION.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.


CASE 0211004834 / BURGLARY - LARCENY / 04-08-2011

ITEMS STOLEN OR DAMAGED: BLUE JEAN JACKET, $8.00, 20 MUSIC cd'S WITH CASE AND A PAIR OF PRESCRIPTION GLASSES ITEMS VALUED AT $480.00

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED THAT BETWEEN 5 PM, ON APRIL 7TH AND THIS DATE.  SOMEONE ENTERED HER 2006 NISSAN SENTRA AND REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.


Case#:  0211004839/ Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date:  04/08/11

Location:  residence off of Ute Lane, Santa Fe, NM (off of Old Las Vegas)

On 4/8/11 deputy was  dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Upon speaking with the complainant he stated the homeowner is out of town. Complainant stated the suspects gained entry through the front door of the residence by possibly pushing it open but he was unsure if anything was missing from within.  Complainant advised that unknown suspects gained entry into residence between 4/4/11 at 1200 hours and today at 1200 hours.   Estimated damage amount is $1000.00.
 


0211004782 (Burglary, Larceny, Criminal damage to property)

Location: #62 Paseo Del Rancho, Santa Fe, NM (Tesuque area)

Stolen: 42 inch Gateway plasma TV

Between March 25th 2011 and April 7th 2011 an unknown individual entered the Sub-Division Club House by cutting a lock that had a chain that secured the pool patio gate. Once inside the unknown person entered the clubhouse, which was unsecured and removed the above items from a counter in the lounge area. This case is pending further investigation.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 3,000.00
 


0211004848, DWI, Negligent Use of a Firearm 4-7-2011

Assigned Deputy: L. Martinez

Commander Entering: Cpl. R. Rodriguez

Location: West Alameda, Santa Fe New Mexico

Arrested: Miguel Quintana, Age: 27, Santa Fe New Mexico

Deputy initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle and made contact with the driver, identified above. Deputy observed signs of impairment from the above listed suspect.  Deputy conducted several tests and determined above suspect was impaired.  Deputy placed above suspect under arrest.  Deputy discovered during the inventory of the vehicle, a loaded .45cal handgun.  Driver was charged accordingly, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

 


Case#:  0211004784/ Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, Larceny/ Date:  04/07/11

Deputy assigned:  Deputy Richard Hildebrandt

Location:  1400 block of Bishop's Lodge Road, Santa Fe, NM (Tesuque)

On 4/7/11 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to an auto theft.  Victim stated that he believes his friend had taken his vehicle which is a 2002 gray in color Saab, a credit card, and a debit card.  Victim stated that the suspect had spent the night at his residence and that he left the following morning and took the items.  Estimated value of the items taken is about $10,000.00.  Unknown if the credit and debit cards have been used.


0211004727 (Death Investigation)

Deputy assigned: Joann Pacheco

Location: 3341 Caminito Quintana (Airport Road Area)

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (65 year old Male) was located unresponsive. It was undetermined at this time what the exact cause of death was. No fowl play is expected in this incident.
 


0211004763, Breaking and Entering, Criminal Damage to Property, 4-6-2011

Location: 38B Spruce (Santa Fe County Rd. 44 area)

Suspects: Pending

Victim reported to Deputy seeing two male suspects running from the east side of his residence and down an arroyo as he arrived home.  Victim stated after further investigation he discovered a window to his residence was open, and the window screen was removed.  Victim stated no items were stolen.  Deputy, after further investigation observed no signs of the suspects making entry into the residence.  Case is under investigation. 

 


Case#0211004734, Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage, Date:04/06/2011

Location: 7000 block Old Santa Fe Trail

    On 04/06/2011 victim arrived home and found unknown person(s) forced open the rear door of the victim's residence and stole misc. jewelry and money from within their home.
