Location: Residence off US Highway 84/285 in the area of Arroyo Seco, Santa Fe County
On 11-22-2011 at about 10:00pm victim reported hearing someone outside the victim's residence. The suspect was banging on the back door and on one of the house windows. The victim went outsiide to coonfront the suspect and the suspect fled on foot. The victiim chased the suspect catching up to him a short distance from the house where a fight ensued. The suspect armed himself with a knife and attempted to stabb the victim. The victim sustained three minor lacerations to his left forearm. The suspect fled the area before Deputies arrived. The suspect is described as a wearing black pants a tan top and white shoes. 5'7" slim build, unknown age or race.

Location: 3400 block of Via Magdalene, Santa Fe, NM ( off of West Alameda)
On 11/22/11 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victims stated that unknown persons gained entry into their residence through a wooden front door between the hours of 1540 and 1640. Victims stated that the unknown persons damaged the front door, door frame and stucco. Once inside suspects removed a 52" flatscreen TV, a Mac Airbook, a HP laptop, a Xbox 360 game console, and 30 misc. Xbox games. Estimated value of items taken is $6999.00. Estimated damage amount is $600.00.

Location: residence off of Puerto de Luna, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)
On 11/22/11 deputy was dispatched to the Santa Fe Police Department to meet with a victim who wanted to report an identity theft. Victim stated that she received 3 citations in the mail which occurred on 2 separate dates. Victim stated that the citations were finally dismissed and she contacted her sister who admitted to giving the officer her (victim's) information. Victim was advised to file a police report. Victim does not want to pursue the issue with her sister.

Victim reported that she believes her roomate or roomates girlfriend stole the above items while she was at work. Victim reported that there was no forced entry into home and believes the roomate is using drugs. case is still under investigation.

Victim reported sometime between Saturday Novemebr 19th and this date November 21st unknown persons entered the property and stole the listed items. Entry was gained through a gate surrounding the property. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reported between November 20th and November 21st unknown persons stole the above trailer while it had been parked in front of the business. There are no suspects at this time. The trailer is a utility trailer with 16" side walls, full steel bed and a right broken tail light.

Arrested: Rosa Munoz, 39-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
Charges: same as above
On 11-22-2011 at approximately 12:21am a reckless driver was reported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office. The caller described a silver in color Saturn car driving in a reckless manner on Airport Road and was last seen pulling into the Allsups gas station. The vehicle was located leaving the gas station and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver identified as Ms. Munoz. She was discovered to be driving under the influence of alcohol and had her 8-year-old daughter in the vehicle with her. She was arrested and charged accordingly. The child was released to a family member.

Location: Residence on Kachina Road off Highway 14, Santa Fe N.M.
Arrested: Mary Duncan, 26-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 11-21-2011 at about 10:37pm Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Kachina Road in reference to a female who was out of control and breaking things. Deputies arrived and conducted an investigation. The investigation revealed Ms. Duncan battered her boyfriend and broke several items in the home. She was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges.

On 11-21-2011 between the hours of 9:00am and 4:30pm unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the victim's residence through an unlocked door or window. The suspect rummaged through the residence and stole the above listed property.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a residential burglary. Victim reports sometime between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm today unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry. There were no signs of forced entry. Once inside the above items were stolen. Case still pending investigation.
