ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, RUAL RODRIGUEZ WAS STOPPED BY DEPUTY FOR A MINOR TRAFFIC VIOLATION. DURING INVESTIGATION RUAL AND HIS PASSENGER MONIQUE dIAZ WERE FOUND TO BE IN POSSESSION OF COCAINE, HEROIN, MARIJUANA UNDER ONE OUNCE AND A PIPES USE FOR MARIJUANA AND COCAINE. BOTH WERE ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Location: 1000 block of Calle Nueva Vista, Santa Fe, NM (off of Rufina)
On 12/31/11 another deputy was investigating a call at a residence off of Calle Nueva Vista in which that victim stated that she observed her neighbors rear door damaged and ajar. Deputies went to check the residence and noticed that the residence had been burglarized and the rear door was damaged. The residence had been ransacked. It is unknown at this time what was taken. Estimated damage amount is $300.00.

Location: 1000 block of Calle Nueva Vista, Santa Fe, NM (off of Rufina)
On 12/31/11 victim reported that she returned home at 1445 hours and discovered that some unknown persons had removed a window screen to a north facing window to her residence. Victim stated that she believes the unknown suspects were attempting to gain entry into her residence. There was no damage to victims window, screen or residence.

Location: residence off of Mariquita Court, Santa Fe, NM (Conejo Estates)
On 12/31/11 deputy was dispatched to above area in reference to a burglary. Complainant advised that on December 25, 2011 at 1400 hours she had checked the residence. Complainant stated that she received a call from a realtor who was showing the home advising that the front door was wide open. Complainant arrived at the home and found the oven, several light fixtures, ceiling fans, the boiler, a water heater, a thermostat, and the LNB from the satellite dish missing from within the residence. Estimated value of items taken is $10,865. There was no damage to the door.

Location: 100 block of Camino Acote, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)
Suspect: 16 year old male
On 12/30/11 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to an argument. Victim stated that his 16 year old son got mad due to a conversation they were having and the suspect then located a key to the victim's vehicle and tried to take it. Victim stated that he had placed a club on the steering wheel in which the suspect cut it off and also damaged the steering wheel. Damage to the steering wheel is about $150.00 Suspect then fled in the vehicle which is a 2006 Toyota Corolla gold in color bearing NM HMS489. Vehicle was entered into NCIC.

On 12-31-2011 contact was made with the above listed defendant after she was observed by Deputy unable to maintain roadway lanes for traffic. During the course of the investigation, the driver was found to have an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her breath. Two small children were also in the vehicle. Subject taken into custody and transported to The Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 12-30-2011 contact was made with the above listed defendant after she was involved in a motor vehicle crash. During the course of the investigation, the driver was found to be impaired by an intoxicant. Subect was taken into custody on the above charges and booked into The Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim reported that between 12.29.22, 11:00 p.m. and 12.30.11, 9:00 a.m. someone unlawfully gained entry into is vehicle, a 2006 Toyota Tacoma. No items were reported missing. Suspects are pending further investigation.

CHARGES: AGGRAVATED DWI-ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC-IMPROPER USE OF REGISTRATION
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT WAS STOPPED FOR FAILING TO MAINTAIN HIS LANE OF THE ROADWAY. SUSPECT WAS EMITTING THE ODOR OF AN INTOXICANT AND HAD RED AND WATERY EYES. DWI INVESTIGATION WAS DONE AND SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED AND ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. SUSPECT REFUSED TO TAKE BREATH TESTING. HIS VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED AND HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LSITED CHARGES.
