Suspect: Pending

Deputy was dispatched to a located purse.  Upon receiving the purse and further investigation it was learned that an auto burglary had occured on 8/25/11 at the Chamisa trail in Hyde Park.  Victim was contacted and items reported stolen were the purse and a Mac Pro-book lap-top which was entered into NCIC.  Case is under investigation.

Location: 3508 Charley Bentley (Agua area)

Victim reported that on this date he awoke to find that his brother had unlawfully entered his residence through an open window after removing the window screen. The suspect was asleep on the sofa and an argument ensued after he was awoken. The suspect then fled the area.

Location: 12 Vista Del Monte  Turquoise Trail

Suspect: Angel Grandara-Gonzales   Age: 23  Santa Fe

Deputies responded to a report of Commercial Burglary for the second time in one week where multiple tools and  an industrial type foam sprayer were taken.  Crime scene investigation led to Angel Grandara-Gonzales as the suspect.  He was located and the sprayer along with a majority of the tools were recovered. Grandara-Gonzales was arrested and booked for multiple counts including burglary and larceny.

On above date, victim reported that someone unlawfully removed the above stated items from a 2007 Subaru Forester. Suspects unlawfully removed the above stated items Suspects are pending further investigation.

The above items stolen were valued at about $155.00

Victim reported that between 5.31.2011 and this date, someone unlawfully removed the above stated items from a 1999 Sand Piper RV. Suspects unlawfully removed the above stated items Suspects are pending further investigation.

The above items stolen were valued at about $1114.00

LOCATION:  100 BLOCK OF VARGAS COURT, LA CIENEGA AREA

ARRESTED:  TONY VARGAS, 47 YOA MALE, SANTA  FE AREA

CHARGES:  ASSAULT AND BATTERY OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, AND CONDUCT OFFENSIVE TO PUBLIC WELL BEING.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, DEPUTY'S WERE SENT TO DO A WELFARE CHAECK ON VICTIM AND HER TWO CHILDREN DUE A REPORT OF A DOMESTIC AT HER HOUSE. VICTIM WAS LOCATED IN HER VEHICLE WITH HER TWO DAUGHTERS ON THE EAST FRONTAGE ROAD TRYING TO FIND SOME PLACE TO GO FOR THE NIGHT.  INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECT WAS INTOXICATED AND HAD BEEN IN AN ARGUMENT WITH VICTIM WHEN HE STARTED PUSHING HER AROUND AND PULLING HER HAIR.  VICTIM LEFT THE HOUSE AFTER SUSPECT PASTED OUT.  SUSPECT WAS LOCATED AT THE HOUSE AND WAS ARRESTED.  VICTIM AND HER CHILDREN WERE SENT BACK TO THE HOUSE FOR THE NIGHT.  SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE  ADULT DETENTION CENTER.  SUSPECT HAD DRUG PARAPHERNALIA IN HIS POSSESSION  AT THE TIME.  SUSPECT HAD SPIT ALL OVER THE INSIDE OF DEPUTY'S VEHICLE.  SUSPECT WAS BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

LOCATION:  1300 BLOCK OF WEST ALAMEDA, SANTA FE AREA

ARRESTED:  JEANETTE TRINIDAD, 24 YOA FEMALE, SANTA FE AREA

CHARGES:  RESISTING AN OFFICER - CONCEALING IDENTITY - POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA - DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE - SPEEDING & SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED EAST BOUND ON WEST ALAMEDA, SPEEDING 40 / 30 MPH  SPEED ZONE.  SUSPECT JUMPED OUT OF VEHICLE AFTER STOPPING AND TRYED TO HIDE FROM DEPUTY.  SUSPECT WAS FOUND IN A YARD AND CONCEALED HER IDENTITY DUE TO WARRANTS FOR HER ARREST.  SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A REVOKED DRIVERS LICENSE DUE TO A DWI ARREST.  SUSPECT HAD DRUG PARAPHERNALIA IN HER POSSESSION.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.  THE VEHICLE WAS SEIZED BY THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.
