On the above date victim reported unknown suspect unlawful gained entry to the above stated address, between 8:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Once inside the residence, suspect unlawfully removed the above property. Suspect is pending further investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a small child being locked inside a residence alone. Child was located and found to be safe and unharmed with father at the residence. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reported to Deputy while at a party an unknown female sexually assaulted her while she was asleep. Victim stated she awoke to the assault taking place. Victim did not report the incident until days later. Case is under investigation

Victim reported that on 1/12/12 his vehicle broke down at the Lamy Train Station. He stated we had just left the vehicle there for about a month and noticed it was no longer in the parking lot. The vehicle has been entered into NCIC. Case is still under investigation.

Damaged: Double pane window and drywall.
Victim reported that unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the above residence sometime between Monday, February 13, 2012 at about noon, and Friday, February 24, 2012 at about noon. Suspect(s) gained entry through a window on the north side of the residence. The unknown suspects busted a double pane window, and once inside damaged a section of drywall. It appeared that there was a party inside the residence, there was several beer cans and bottles. The residence has been vacant for a year, and ReMax Reality Company is the property Agent.

Deputies responded to domestic dispute on Scarlett Lane and discovered that Marcos Sanchez Jr. had battered a household member causing minor injury. He was arrested and booked without incident.
