On 3/30/11, Deputies were dispatched to the above address. Upon arrival deputies met with the victim who stated that he was last at his home yesterday morning at approximately ten. He stated that he returned this evening at five to find his front gate open and the wire cut. He stated that a portable cement mixer was taken. Estimated value of items taken is $3000.00.

On 03/31/2011 victim reported while walking home on State Road 106 two Hispanic males driving a white in color compact Ford car with tinted windows stopped their vehicle, got out, pushed victim to the ground, kicked the victim and stole the victim's wallet. The case is currently under investigation.

SUSPECT: MARLON SPLAN, 30YOA, SANTA FE N.M.
On 03/31/2011 Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance call on Calle Inez involving above suspect and his ex-girlfriend. Upon Deputies arrival suspect was found to be in violation of an order of protection and was taken into custody without incident.

Stolen: Blue in color Chevy S-10 tail gate
A white male about 5’6 to 5’8 inches tall and weighing about 155 pounds between 23 to 28 years of age stole the above stated item from the bed of a 1999 blue Chevy S-10. The vehicle was parked in the parking lot of the Pojoaque Super Market. This case is pending further investigation.

Residential Burglary (0211004404)

Location: 117 Placita Verdar (Airport Road)
Stolen: 15 inch Westinghouse flat screen television, Mercury Boat engine and One Skill saw
Between 4:00pm on 03-30-2011 at approximately 7:30 am on 03-31-2011 someone illegally entered two storage sheds located about 20 yards from the residence. Once inside unknown suspects removed the above stated items. This incident is pending further investigation.

Suspect/Arrested: Tomas Martinez (DOB: 10-5-85) 4675 Punta Sonrisa Santa Fe, NM
On March 28, 2011 the above subject was contacted during a traffic stop and was found to have two active arrest warrants issued for his arrest. Both warrants were issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court. Tomas Martinez was taken into custody and booked at the Santa Fe County Detention Center accordingly.

Stolen: Blue in color 1995 Toyota T-100 pickup
Sometime between the hours of 7:30 pm on March 29th 2011 and 9:40 am on March 30th 2011someone stole the above stated vehicle and fled in an unknown direction. Said vehicle matched the description of a vehicle that was involved in a commercial burglary in the same area. Suspects are pending further investigation.

Suspect: Victor Cardenas-Montes, Age 35, Santa Fe New Mexico
Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash at above location. Above suspect was found to be impaired after several tests were administered by deputies. Suspect was transported to Christus St. Vincents Hospital, and submitted to a legal blood draw (results are pending). Suspect was released from the hospital, and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Victim reported unknown suspect(s) entered his home through the rear sliding door by breaking the glass on 03/30/2011 between the hours of 8:30am and 1:30pm. Once inside the suspect(s) stole 3 flat screen televiisions, a Dell lapp top computer and a Sony Playstation with 11 games.

Victim reported an unknown suspect unlawfully entered their 1994 Acura Integra through an unlocked door while the vehicle was parked in the parking lot of the Community Colllege. Several items were stolen from within the victim's vehicle to include a purse containing several credit cards, a social security card, $20.00 cash, and a digital camera. Case is under investigation.
