Victim reported that between 8/17/11 at 1700 and toady at 0900 an unknown person(s) entered above unoccupied apartment and wrote (SUR: MVL: VL: X8). No forced entry was located. Apartment is being painted for the next tenant. Damage was estimated to be about $400.00

Victim reported that between 8/17/11 at 6:36 P.M. two juvenile males entered above vehicles damaging and setting of fire extinguishers inside the cab. The extent of the damage is estimated at $1500.00. A digital camera captured the above incident.

ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED A DOMESTIC AT THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION. WHILE DEPUTY WAS RESPONDING SUSPECT WAS CAUGHT DRIVING OUT OF THE AREA. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECT BROKE INTO HIS EX-WIFES HOUSE AND TRIED TO HAVE SEX WITH HER. SUSPECT DAMAGED LIGHT IN THE BEDROOM AND VICTIM WAS ABLE TO GET AWAY. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. SUSPECT WAS ALSO FOUND TO HAVE TWO WARRANTS FOR HIS ARREST, WHICH WERE SERVED.

UNKNOWN IF ANYTHING WAS TAKEN, OWNER WAS NOT ABLE TO BE LOCATED. VALUE OF DOOR GLASS AND FRAME WAS SET AT $500.00. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.
