CHARGES: ABUSE OF A CHILD, AGGRAVATED DWI, DRIVING ONA REVOKED LICENSE, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC

ON THIS  DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED  SOUTH BOUND FAILING TO STAY WITHIN HER LANE OF THE ROADWAY.  SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED.  SUSPECT HAD A 16 YOA MALE PASSENGER WITH  HER  AT THE TIMEOF THE STOP.  A STATUS CHECK WAS COMPLETED ON THE SUSPECT ANDSHEWAS FOUND TO HAVE A REVOKED DRIVERS LICENSE DUE TO OTHER DWI CONVICTIONS.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO  THE ADULT DETENTION  CENTER.  CHILD WAS RELEASED TO A FAMILY MEMBER AND THE VEHICLE WAS SEIZED BY THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

Victim reported that on or about the date of 03-07-2011 victim noticed that a flat file filled with 200 paintings was missing.  The unknown suspect(s) entered the residence without force and removed the items.  No report was made on 03-07-2011 due to the fact that the victim thought the items were just moved and not missing.  Case is under investigation.

Victim reported that on 03-27-2011 between the hours of 2000hrs and 2100hrs an unknown suspect entered an unlocked shed and took approximately twenty hand tools.   Case is under investigation, suspect pending.

Stolen: Bank Credit Card Visa

Victim stated that her vehicle was stolen on March 22nd 2011 and reported to the Santa Fe County Sheriffs Department. Victim on 03-28-2011 wanted to report her credit card stolen, which was left in the glove compartment of said vehicle. The victim had $1,200.00 taken from her bank account as a result of the card being used. Suspects are pending further information.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $1200.00

Location: 100 Block of  Camino San Jose      La Cienega,NM

Victim reported hearing a loud banging noise coming from outside her home. Victim stated that when she went outside to investigate she noticed that a white in color truck had crashed into her stucco wall, causing damage and leaving the scene. Victim stated that approximately 10' of fence was damaged.  Case is still under investigation.

Arrested: Valerie Navarette-Gutierrez   Age:21    Santa Fe,NM

Suspect while  being transfered from one area of the jail to another became violent with correctional officer  biting the correctional officer on the arm. The correctional officer sustained injuries to arm area.
