Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. It was discovered the above suspect had pushed victim several times as victim attempted to leave the residence to avoid any further altercation. Suspect was arrested on the above charges and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

ARRESTED: GAYLENE R. NETHERTON, 43 YOA FEMALE, EDGEWOOD AREA
CHARGES: BATTERY AGAINST A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER
Vicitm stated suspect got up from the futon she was sitting on and fell onto the coffee table face first. Vicitm stated he and a friend attempted to help the suspect because she was bleeding from her nose. Vicitm said suspect was still upset and went into the bathroom to clean up. Vicitm said when suspect returned to the living room area where they were sitting suspect jumped up from the futon scratching at his face and hitting him. Vicitm stated he put his arms across his face to deflect the blows by the suspect. Evidence at the scene and statements made by vicitm and suspect support the fact the suspect was the aggressor. Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Sain Vincents Hospital for a medical clerance and then transporterd to the Santa Fe County Adult detetention center where she was booked and charged accordingly.

Victim reports on December 26, 2011 between the hours of 0930 and 1430 unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry into their 2010 White in Color Chevy Tahoe through a back window. It appears the suspect(s) used a pry tool to break the window lock causing $250.00 in damage. Once inside the above items were stolen. It was also found suspect(s) used credit cards on five different occasions. Case still under investigation.

On 12-26-2011 at approximately 9:30p.m. a black male and four hispanic males in a black in color vehicle, posibly an Acura approached the victim who was exiting his vehicle and began hitting and kicking him. The suspect's stole the victim's wallet and fled the area. The case is under investigation.

CHARGES: PUBLIC AFFRAY, NEGLIGENT USE OF A FIREARM, AND MINOR IN POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL, 17 YOA MALE, PUBLIC AFFRAY, MINOR IN POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL, RESISTING AN OFFICER
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, A CITIZEN REPORTED THAT THERE WAS A FIGHT IN THE PARKING. DEPUTY'S RESPONDED ADN OBSERVED THE ABOVE LISTED SUSPECTS FIGHTING. DEPUTY'S TRYED TO GET THEM TO STOP AND THE 17 YOA MALE THEN BECAME AGGRASIVE WITH THE DEPUTY'S. ONE DEPUTY DEPLOYED HIS TASER TO STOP THE 17 YOA MALE AND HE WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY. THE OTHER MALE COMPLYED WITH DEPUTYS AND HE WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY. ON THE ABOVE LSITED CHARGES. ALEJANDRO WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. THE 17 YOA MALE WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT AND THEN WAS BOOKED INTO THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER. BOTH HAD BEEN DRINKING AND ALCOHOL WAS LOCATED IN THE VEHICEL, ALONG WITH A 38 SPECIAL CALIBER HAND GUN.

Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. Suspect was involved in a verbal argument; that escalated to a physical altercation. Suspect fled the area and was located at The Cities of Gold Casino. Victim had signs of battery on her person. When suspect was being taken into custody, he resisted. He was transported and booked into The Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
