SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AFTER INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER WERE HE WAS BOOKED.

Victim reported they left behind a green fanny pack in a classroom at the above location. The fanny pack was left behind on November 3, 2011. Since that date the victim found the ATM card was used at several different locations in the Santa Fe area. Total amount suspects used from card $369.50.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM CALLED AND REPORTED HIS GIRLFRIEND WAS HITTING HIM. DEPUTIES ARRIVED AND FOUND WHERE VICTIM WAS INVOLVED IN AN ARGUMENT WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND WHO WAS INTOXICATED. DURING THE ARGUMENT SUSPECT STARTED SLAPPING VICTIM IN THE FACE. AFTER INVESTIGATION SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

Vehicle: 2005 Ford pickup White in color
Deputy observed vehicle traveling south on State Road 14 in area of milepost 42 traveling at a speed lower than posted. Deputy also observed vehicle weaving within its lane of traffic and drift off roadway onto shoulder. Vehicle was stopped and contact was made with driver. Driver displayed signs of impairment and was unable to perform sobriety tests. Suspect submitted to breath test with the results being .23, .23. Suspect was booked into jail.

On 11/8/11 victim called law enforcement from the Shell Gas Station located at 7510 Airport Road in reference to a domestic disturbance. Victim advised his girlfriend, the above suspect, was intoxicated and had hit him in the face with her fists after a brief argument. Victim did have small cuts inside his mouth. Contact was made with the suspect at her residence who was highly intoxicated. Suspect was then arrested on the above charges and after medically cleared, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
