CHARGES: TRAFFICKING COCAINE, AGGRAVATED DWI, NEGLIGENT USE OF A WEAPON, POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA, BATTERY AGAISNT A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, ASSAULT AGAISNT A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER INTERFERENCE WITH COMMUNICATIONS AND SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS

Deputies were dispatched to Morningside Drive in regards to a domestic violence disturbance. Dispatch stated the suspect fled the area in a red in color Chevy Truck. While en route, Deputies located the suspect vehicle at the Shell Gas Station on Airport Road.. The suspect, identified as Jesus Alvidrez was placed under arrest for a warrant and DWI. While Deputies were doing an inventory log on the vehicle, they located a Smith and Wesson 40 caliber handgun, an Interstate Arms MAK-90 laying on the floor board of the rear seat. Deputes also located a Vans shoebox which contained several packaging bags, 3 weighing scales, a palm pilot, and 2 large clear bags of a white powdery substance which tested positive for cocaine. Deputies also located a Liquid Wrench can and a WD40 can. The bottom portion of the cans unscrewed where Deputies located several individually bags of a white powdery substance. Jesus denied having knowledge of the items in his vehicle and claimed his girlfriend set him up.  Investigation showed where Jesus also had battered his girlfreind and assaulted her.  Jesus also took her cell phone to keep her calling for police to help her. Jesus was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe Detention Facility. Also located in Jesus' possession was $233.00 cash. The money, firearms, and bags of white powdery substance were placed into evidence.

    On 12-05-2011at 3:31am Deputies responded to a report of an unconscious 79-year-old male found by his son at their residence.  The male was found to be deceased upon arrival.  No signs of foul play were discovered.  The male suffered from several medical conditions.

ITEMS STOLEN OR DAMAGED:  36" FLAT SCREEN TV, GOLD AND SILVER JEWELRY AND 12 MENS WATCHES, VALUED AT $3,250.00

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM STATED THAT BETWEEN 2:30 PM AND AND 8:39 PM SOMEONE HAD ENTERED HER HOUSE THROUGH AN UNLOCKED REAR DOOR AND REMOVED $3,250.00 WORTH OF JEWELRY AND THE TV.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

Victim reports unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry into the above location through a bedroom window.  Incident took place sometime between December 3, 2011 at 6:00pm to December 4, 2011 at 1:30. Once suspect(s) were inside the above items were stolen.  Case still under investigation.

Charged: Unlawful Taking of A Motor Vehicle

At the above location victim reported the above suspect stole her 2011 Red in color Toyota Rav4 without permission.  The vehicle was taken sometime between the hours of 12:00pm and 1:00pm while the victim was asleep.  The vehicle was later located near the area of the above location.  Suspect was also later located and arrested on the above charge.

Location:  residence off of Valle Romero, Santa Fe, NM (Butterfly Springs MHP)

On 12/1/11 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that  she received a call at 1750 hours from her neighbor advising a male in a white vehicle was at her residence.  Victim stated that the neighbor confronted the male and another male was observed walking with the victim's TV.  Victim stated that the male then dropped the TV and jumped into the vehicle.  Estimated value for the TV is $600.00  Victim stated that the suspects gained entry through an unlocked front window.

On 12/2/11 deputies met with victim at 35 Camino Justicia.  Victim stated that on 11/16/11 between the hours of 1800 and 1900  unknown persons entered her unlocked vehicle and took $1500.00 from inside her purse.  Victim stated that there was no damage to her vehicle.

ON THIS DATE AT THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DEPUTYS WERE SENT DUE TO A REPORT OF A DOMESTIC.  DEPUTYS ARRIVED AND COULD NOT LOCATE ANYONE, BUT FOLLOWED FOOT PRINTS IN THE SNOW TO ANOTHER HOUSE AND FOUND WHERE SOMEONE HAD BROKEN IN THE FRONT DOOR AND ENTERED THE HOUSE.  DEPUTYS CLEARED THE HOUSE AND AGAIN DID NOT FIND ANYONE.  LATER ON VICTIMS MOTHER CALLED TO REPORT THAT SHE CAME HOME AND FOUND BLOOD ALL OVER THE HOUSE AND THAT HER DAUGHTER AND HER HUSBAND WERE LOCKED IN THE BEDROOM.  DEPUTYS ARRIVED AND MADE CONTACT WITH SUSPECT AND VICTIM.  VICTIM HAD INJURYS TO HER LEGS AND FACE AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AFTER INVESTIGATION ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.  AS SUSPECT WAS BEING PLACED INTO PATROL UNIT HE SPIT ON A DEPUTY.  SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

ON THIS DATE AT TABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED FAILING TO STOP AT POSTED STOP SIGN.  SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING.  DWI INVESTIGATION WAS STARTED AND SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED (.16 BrAC) AND WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.  SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.  THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.
