In which each exchanged kicking each others vehicle. Suspect then got into her vehicle and backed into victims vehicle. Estimated Damage: $2000.00

On November 5, 2011 deputies dispatched to the above address in reference to a damaged vehicle. Upon arrival the above vehicle was parked in an empty parking lot with a for sale sign. The above vehicle had its rear window shattered along with the rear passenger side window. Victim stated stated the damage happened sometime between the dates of October 27, 2011 to November 5, 2011. The vehicle was impounded to prevent further damage. Case still under investigation.

CHARGES: 7 COUNTS OF ABUSE OF A CHILD EACH AND KARINA CHARGED WITH DWI
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DEPUTIES WERE SENT DUE TO A SMALL CHILD WALKING AROUND OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE AT ABOUT 1:00 AM. DEPUTIES WERE NOT ABLE TO GET ANYONE TO COME TO THE DOOR, THEY COULD SEE VERY SMALL CHILDREN INSIDE AND THEY COULD NOT WAKE THEM UP. DEPUTIES GAINED ENTERY INTO THE HOUSE AND FOUND 7 CHILDREN IN THE HOUSE FROM 8 MONTHS OLD TO 13 YEARS OF AGE. THERE WAS NOT HEAT IN THE HOUSE AND IT WAS JUST ABOVE FREEZING. DEPUTY WAS ABLE TO FIND PHONE NUMBER TO THE ABOVE LISTED SUSPECTS AND CALLED THEM AND HAD THEM RETURN TO THE HOUSE. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECT HAD LEFT AT 6:00 PM TO GO TO A PARTY LEAVING ALL SEVEN CHILDREN THERE AT THE HOUSE WITH NO HEAT AND LITTLE FOOD. SUSPECTS ARRIVED BACK TO THE HOSUE AND WERE INTOXICATED. kARINA WAS ARRESTED FOR DWI AND SEVEN COUNTS OF CHILD ABUSE. BOTH WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. CHILDREN WAS RELEASED TO OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS AND CHILDREN YOUTH AND FAMILY'S WAS NOTIFIDED,

Arrested: Nestor Lozano-Linares, 24-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 11-04-2011 at approximately 2:00am a green in color Ford Mustang was observed in the parking lot of Autozone with smoke coming out of the hood of the vehicle. Upon contacting the driver, Nestor Lozano-Linares he was found to be intoxicated and open containers of beer were located in his vehicle. He was arrested and booked accordingly.
