On March 20, 2011 at 2:26 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle at the location. The suspect was driving in circles at a high rate of speed. The suspect also failed to stop for a posted Stop Sign. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.

On March 20, 2011 deputies responded to an activated alarm at a residence at the location. Upon arrival it was discovered that person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means had gained entry to the residence by forcing open a door. Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed a television from the residence.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTEED A DOMETIC IN PROGRESS AND SHE WAS STABBED BY HER PARTNERS SON IN THE ARM. SUSPECT WAS LOCATED FLEEING THE AREA WITH OTHER PERSON INVOLVED IN THE DOMESTIC. AFTER INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED, SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. VICTIM WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the suspect driver at the above listed location. Upon contact with the driver several signs of impairment were seen. Driver was given standard field sobriety test in which he displayed several signs of impairment. The Driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center for Aggravate DWI without incident.

ON THIS DATE VICTIMS REPORTED THAT THEY WERE BEING ASSAULTED BY A MAN LISTED ABOVE IN A WHITE IN COLOR PICKUP. DEPUTYS LOCATED VICTIM AND THE PICKUP NORTH BOUND ON THE SHOULDER OF THE ROADWAY OF THE EAST FRONTAGE ROAD. INVESTIGATION FOUND SUSPECT TO BE INTOXICATED AND IN POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER. SUSPECT HAD BEEN THROWING BEER CANS AT VICTIMS AND USED HIS VEHICLE TO FORCE THEM OF OFF OF THE ROADWAY. SUSOPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A REVOKED LICENSE DUE TO A DWI, SO HIS VEHICLE WAS SEIZED BY THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED THAT SOME UNKNOWN PERSONS BROKE INTO HIS HOUSE THAT IS FOR SALE. IT LOOKS AS IF THE PERSONS INVOLVED HAD A PARTY THERE AT THE HOUSE. UNKNOWN IF ANYTHING WAS TAKEN AT THIS TIME CASE IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION.

Victim reported on this date at about 3:00am he was beaten up by a person only known to him as “Toker”. Victim was struck with a brick and sustained injuries to his head. Victim refused to cooperate with Deputies out of fear of retaliation and would not give any further information. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
