On 2/16/12 deputy was dispatched to above address in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 1330 hours and 1600 hours unknown persons entered her home unlawfully. Victim stated that she noticed her flatscreen TV was in the livingroom instead of her bedroom. Victim stated that she noticed the rear door open. Victim stated that unknown persons rifled through several rooms in the home. Victim stated unknown persons took a Wii gaming system, a Xbox kinect, a red Nintendo DS XL, an aqua blue Nintendo DS 3D, misc. Nintendo DS games, and misc. jewelry. Victim stated that entry was gained through a west livingroom window which was pryed open and shattered. Estimated value of items taken is 15,000.00. Estimated damage amount is $120.00.

On 2/16/12 between 1430 and 1600 hours, unknown persons pryed open a front door to the residence and stole items from within. Victim stated that unknown persons took a 42" Vizio TV, 2 remote controls, 2 throwback jerseys, 70 DVD's and cases for the DVDs. There was no damage to the residence. Estimated value of items taken is $2,550.00.

Location: residence off of Arroyo Ridge Road, Santa Fe, NM (Rancho Viejo Subdivision)
On 2/16/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Complainant stated that he observed his neighbor's front gate open and went to check on the residence. Complainant observed that the front door was open. Complainant stated that he noticed 2 TV's taken from within. Unknown if anything else was taken. Complainant advised that unknown suspects gained entry into the residence between 2/15/12 at 1200 hours and 2/16/12 at 1300 hours. It is unknown what the estimated value or damage amounts are at this time. Unknown suspects gained entry into the residence by prying open the back door.

On the above date the above victim reported that sometime between 10:00 pm on Monday (2/13/2012) and 2:00 pm on Tuesday (2/14/2012) unknown subject's gained entry into his unlocked vehicle's. Victim reported no item's within the vehicle's were taken advising miscellaneous vehicle paperwork was scattered throughout each vehicle. No signs of forced entry were observed on either vehicle.

On Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 2:41 AM deputies responded to a residence at the location in reference to a person yelling. Upon arrival it was determined that the suspect and victim had been involved in a verbal altercation. The altercation turned physical when the suspect thre the victim's cell phone and broke it.

On Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 10:35 PM Suspect #1 was operating the vehicle when it struck a residence at the location. Suspect #1, who had consumed alcoholic beverages, pointed a double barrelled shotgun at Victim #1. Suspect #2 had entered the residence without permission from Victim #2. Upon arrival of deputies, Suspect #2 was attempting to hide the weapon.
