On 11/03/2011 at approximately 11:57pm a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Ibarra's 2003 Jeep Liberty. Mr. Ibarra was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was also found to be in possession of cocaine. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Victim advised someone unlawfully/ forcefully entered the residence through the back door sometime between 10:00am and 2:30pm. The above listed itmes were stolen from within the home. On 11-02-2011 at approximately 9:00pm Mr. Youngbar was involved in an altercation with his girlfriend at a residence on Birch St. Deputies were called out to investigate. Investigation revealed Mr. Youngbar battered and assaulted his girlfriend. He was arrested and booked into the santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

DEIVED WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED AND WAS ARRESTED. DRIVER WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.
