Location:  3800 block of Oliver Road, Santa Fe, NM (off of Airport Road)

On 11/1/11 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that he left on 10/28/11 and returned this afternoon.  Victim stated that one of his employees had noticed the storage shed doors unlocked and also the doors to the business were unlocked.  Victim  stated that unknown suspects broke the lock off of lock box containing keys to the facility and to a Dodge pickup truck.  Entry was made with the keys and several power tools were taken from within.  Estimated value of items taken is $5,350.00.  Estimated damage amount is about $50.00.


0211016205, Burglary/Larceny/Criminal Damage/Conspiracy, 10/31/2011

Location: 100 block of Camino Amansador (Eldorado)

Suspect: Juvenile male X2

Stolen: 3 Lcd television sets, trash can, cell phone

Recovered: 3 Lcd television sets, trash can, cell phone

Victim reported a burglary at the above residence. Victim arrived home around 1200hrs on this date (10-31-2011) and observed suspects in the residence. Victim obtained description and vehicle license plate, providing it to Law Enforcement. Suspects fled the area with stolen goods in an unknown direction. Entry to the residence was gained through force on a garage door. Once inside the suspects stole the above items. Suspects and property located shortly after fleeing the scene. Suspects arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center.


CASE 0211016250 / ABUSE OF A CHILD (3) COUNTS - MINOR IN POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL \ 11-01-2011

LOCATION:  100 BLOCK OF CALLE DON TOMAS, EL RANCHO AREA

ARRESTED:  17 YOA FEMALE, ESPANOLA AREA

CHARGES:  3 COUNTS OF ABUSE OF A CHILD, MINOR IN POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DEPUTY'S WERE SENT DUE TO A FIGHT IN PROGRESS.  DEPUTY'S ARRIVED AND DURING INVESTIGATION IT WAS FOUND THAT THE ABOVE LISTED 17 YOA FEMALE WAS FOUND INTOXICATED WITH SEVERAL OTHER JUVENILES.  SHE HAD HER THREE CHILDREN WITH HER, TWO 8-MONTH OLD TWINS AND ANOTHER 18-MONTH.  SUSPECT DID NOT HAVE ANY FOOD OR MEANS TO TAKE CARE OF HER CHILDREN DUE TO HER INTOXICATION.  CHILDREN YOUTH AND FAMILES WERE CONTACTED AND THEY TOOK CUSTODY OF THE THREE LITTLE BOYS.  SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.  THE OTHER JUVENILES WERE ALSO ARRESTED AND RELEASED TO THEIR PARENTS.

Suspect: Shane Haines       Age: 38     Lynnwood, Wa

Victim reported that she and the suspect had been involved in a pphysical confrontation. Victim claimed that suspect grabbed her, broke her computer and other items and then disconnected the phone lines in an attempt to keep her from calling for help. Suspect admitted to breaking the computer  but stated that the victim was the person in a bad mood. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

Suspect/Arrested:  Paulino Molinar (18yoa) 4763 Camino Unido Luz Molinar Santa Fe, NM

On October 28, 2011 the above suspect was taken into custody at the above location

on a warrant issued by the First Judicial District Court on the charge of Probation Violation.


0211016186 / Aggravated DWI / 10-31-2011

Location: 3000 Block of Agua Fria Street

Suspect: Miguel Silva       Age: 34      Santa Fe,NM

Vehicle: 2006 Silver Kia Sportage  

Deputies responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival Deputies located listed vehicle which had crashed into a rock wall, chain link fence and utility pole. Driver of vehicle fled the scene and was located a short time later in the same area. Suspect who fled was the registered owner of vehicle and admitted to driving vehicle. Driver was found to be impaired and was given sobriety tests. Driver displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. Subject submitted to chemical testing with the results being .18, .18 .  Subject was booked into jail.

Location: residence on Sunset Canyon Lane

Arrested: Ismael Galvan, 24-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

    On 10/30/2011 at about 9:30pm Ismael was involved in an altercation with his mother.  He pushed his mother into a bed frame causing her to receive minor injuries.  He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Location: US Highway 84/285 mile marker 177, Southbound

Arrested: David Estrada-Oaxaca, 33-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 10/30/2011 at approximately 2:31am a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Estrada-Oaxaca's vehicle after he was observed swerving out of his lane of travel.  He was found to be intoxicated and was arrested accordingly.

Location:  Hyde Park Overlook parking area

    On October 29th 2011 at approximately 9:00pm two male individuals were involved in a fight at the overlook parking area on Hyde Park Road.  One of the male individuals was stabbed multiple times by the other male.  The investigation is ongoing.

Location:  1100 block of Village Way, Santa Fe, NM (Fairway Village Subdivision)

On 10/30/11 deputies were dispatched to the above residence in reference to a residential alarm.  Upon deputies arrival it was observed that the residence had been burglarized.  Deputies noticed that the back glass door had been shattered.  Once inside the suspects took misc. DVD's, an X-box game, misc. jewelry, and a laptop computer from the residence.  Estimated value of items taken is pending.  The suspects had thrown a rock through the glass door and caused it to shatter.  Also the rock had damaged the bamboo flooring in the dining room.  The suspects also dismantled the alarm system.  Victim noticed that the suspects also cut a screen to the back door area.  Suspects entered the victim's yard by kicking the wooden fence and damaging the fence.    Estimated damage amount is about $1600.00.
