On July 29, 2011 deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a fraud. Victim was notified by her financial institution of two fraudulent charges made to her account. The charges were made sometime between 0000 hours and 0900 hours on this date totaling the above amount. The fraudulent charges were made at online stores. Case still under investigation.

On 7/29/11 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that he had left his home at 0730 hours, and his daughter arrived at the residence at 1600 hours. Victim stated that his daughter noticed the flatscreen TV missing and called him. When victim arrived home, he noticed that 2 jewelry boxes, and misc. jewelry was taken from inside. Estimated value of items taken is $4960.00. Entry was possibly gained into the residence through the front door which may have been unlocked.

On July 30, 2011 deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an inmate found with contraband on his person. Above suspect was found to have marijuana concealed on his person which was found by correctional staff members. Suspect was booked on the above charge.

On 07-30-2011 the above stated subject was driving a "friends Vehicle" when she crashed into another vehicle. The above subject left the scene and later contacted by authorities. During the course of contact with her it was found that she was impaired by an intoxicant. The subject was arrested and booked for leaving the scene of an accident, careless driving, no drivers license, minor under the influence and DWI.

Victim reported between 07/30/2011 after 6:40pm and 07/31/2011 before 12:20am unknown suspect unlawfully entered the victim's residence as well as the victim's vehicle parked in the driveway and stole the above listed property. The investigation is ongoing.

On 07/30/2011 at approximmately 1:20am a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Sandoval who was driving a whiite in color 1988 Toyota truck. Mr. Sandoval was found to be driving under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and was found to be in possession of marijuana. Breath test results showed his breath alcohol content to be over .08. A passenger in the vehicle was also issued a citation for possession of marijuana. Mr. Sandoval was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On July 29, 2011 at the above location between 2:15pm and 2:32pm unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry by kicking in the front door and stole the above items. A gray in color four door vehicle was seen in the area at the time of the incident. Case still under investigation.

Victim reported that on July, 26th, 2011 suspect took the vehicle for vehicle maitinance and pick up their children. Suspect was suposed to return the vehicle by 1500hrs and did not. Case is under investigation.
0211011074 Robbery, Agg Battery with a deadly weapon, 07-30-2011

Location: 3200 Calle P'O Aepi Santa Fe, New Mexico. (Rufina Rd area)
Suspect: 18 to 21 years old, 5'8 180 pounds with brown hair.
At approximately 3:00 am, on the above date a male was walking home near the above stated location where he was approached by an unknown male assailant demanding money. When the male victim refused to give the suspect money a physical struggle ensued when the suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim twice. The injuries were not life threatening and the unknown suspect is pending further investigation. The victim was treated and released from St. Vincent's Hospital.
