Location:  residence off of Wild Dog Road, Santa Fe, NM (off of SR 14 near Madrid)

On 1/15/11 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Upon arrival it was determined that sometime between 0800 hours on 1/12/11 and today unknown persons broke a sliding glass door and gained entry into the residence.  Victim stated that approximately $20,000.00 worth of misc. power tools were taken from inside the residence.  Estimated damage amount is $1000.00.

 


Case#:  0211000685/ Burglary, Larceny/ Date:  01/14/11

Location:  residence off of Las Tres, Galisteo, NM (off of Camino de los Abuelos)

On 1/14/11 deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that unknown persons entered her residence through an unlocked door between the hours of 1200 and 1600.  Victim stated that unknown persons had taken various countries currency from inside the residence.  Estimated value of items taken is $400.00.

Location:  US Highway 84/285, .6 miles south of Avenida De Molino (Pojoaque)

Vehicle:   Blue/Silver, 2001, Dodge, Pick-up

Suspect:  Male, 17, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  DWI, Careless Driving, Provisional Youth License

On 1-16-2011 at 4:15 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location when he lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the left side, strike a dirt embankment and roll 1 1/2  times.  The suspect sustained minor injuries and was transported to Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center for treatment.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test.  Results of this test are pending.  The susspect was found to possess a Youth Provisional Driver's License and should not have been operating a motor vehicle at the time of day that the crash happened.

Vehicle:  Silver, 2006, Dodge, Pick-up

Suspect:  Jason J. Roybal, 34, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  DWI, Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic, Driving While License Suspended or

                 Revoked, Mandatory Proof of Financial Responsibility

On 1-16-2011 at 1:50 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.  The suspect's  New Mexico Driver's License is suspended and he was unable to provide proof of insurance upon request.


0211000716, Criminal Damage to Property, 1-15-2011

Deputy Assigned: A. Biondo

Commander Entering: Cpl. R. Rodriguez

Location: 5000 block of Airport Road

Suspect: Pending

Deputies were notified by staff at a business a suspect approached the counter and asked for a  money order in a large amount.  When the clerk advised suspect they could not make a money order for that amount, the suspect became angry and punched the front entry door shattering the glass.  The suspect then left the area.  Case is under investigation. 


0211000737, Battery Against a Household Member, Interference with Communications, 1-16-2011

Location: Ogo Wii Road (Northern Santa Fe County)

Suspect: Jennifer Hammack Age: 34 Minette, Alabama

Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Disturbance.  Victim was involved in a verbal argument with the suspect.  Victim attempted to contact law enforcement and suspect pulled the phone away.  Suspect then pushed and shoved the victim, tearing the victims t-shirt.  Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.

Location: Entrada De Colores Road (Rabbit Road area)

Suspect: Pending

Victim reported cleaning a bathroom in their residence, and placed a wedding ring on the bathroom counter.  Victim later realized the wedding ring had been left on the counter in the bathroom and went to get it and discovered it missing.  Victim stated a male subject borrowed the bathroom during the time it was being cleaned.  The ring is described as a Tungston wedding ring.  Case is under investigation.


0211000705, Battery Against a Household Member, 1-15-2011

Deputy Assigned: M. Arellano

Commander Entering: Cpl. R. Rodriguez

Location: 27000 of East Frontage Road

Suspect: Clifford Acuna, Age 23, Santa Fe N.M.

Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Disturbance.  Upon arrival Deputies discovered victim and suspect had been involved in an altercation.  Suspect had punched victim in the face, and kicked victim in the back.  Victim sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene by medical personnel.  Deputies arrested the suspect for the above listed charges.

Location: Sunrise Road (La Cienega)

Suspect: Pending

Deputies were dispatched to an alarm call, upon arrival they discovered the front door forced open.  The door had been kicked open.  The responsible party for the residence was notified, and the home owner will contact the Sheriff's Office to determine what was stolen.  Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to a call of shots fired in the area of said location. Deputies located a home and vehicle that had sustained damage by gunfire. No injuries were reported. Case is still under investigation
