On 6-26-11, I was dispatched to the above address. Upon my arrival, I met with the victim. She stated that while running her booth at the flea market she was helping a customer. She stated that she had left her purse on one of the tables in her booth and people were going in and out of her booth. She stated that she went to get something from her purse, but could not find it. After looking around and not locating it.  She reported the incident to law enforcement.  Estimated value of the purse and its contents is $640.00.

There are suspects at this time.
 


Case#;  0211008865/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date:  06/24/11

Location:  Rancho Viejo RV Storage, Santa Fe, NM (off of Avanupo)

On 6/24/11 complainant advised that several RV trailers and utility trailers were broken into at the Rancho Viejo RV Storage lot.  Deputy met with 3 victims who advised that their RV trailers and utility trailers were broken into.  Locks were damaged to the 2 utility trailers and a window was broken in the RV trailer.  A television, a generator and a chainsaw was stolen from one of the trailers.  Estimated value of items taken is $5600.00.  Estimated damage amount is $1000.00.  Victims stated that this may have occurred between 6/19/11 and 6/24/11 at 1530 hours.

Suspect: Eric Lopez  Age: 38  Santa Fe

Deputies responded to a report of an intoxicated male battering another male.  Upon arrival deputies located Eric Lopez who had forced his way into his home by breaking a window.  Once inside, Lopez battered a male adult while attempting to flee from arriving Deputies.  Lopez resisted and was subsequently apprehended with the aide of a Taser.  Lopez had an oustanding bench warrant for his arrest. Lopez was medically cleared at Christus St. Vincent Hospital and booked without further incident.

0211008890, Violation of Oder of Protection, 6/25/11

Suspect: Silviano Sanchez  Age: 44   Santa Fe

Silviano Sanchez was arrested for violating an Oder of Protection and Possession of a Controlled Substance after Deputies responded to a report of custodial interference.  No interference was found but he did violate a restraining order and had prescription medicine on his person without a valid prescription.


Case#0211008913 / Burglary(residential), Larceny, Criminal Damage / 06/25/2011

Location; Residence on Camino Trujillo, Pojoaque area of Santa Fe County

Items Stolen: Flat screen television and Wii game. Value $1000.00

Item damaged: window. Value: $300.00

On 06/25/2011 the victim's mother arrived at the victim's residence and discovered someone had unlawfully entered the residence through a window and stole the above listed items.  Evidence was collected and the invetsigation is ongoing.

Location:  residence off of Palo Duro, Santa Fe, NM (Tesuque)

On 6/25/11 deputy was dispatched to above location.  Victim stated that she had hired a company to stucco her residence.  Victim stated that she observed that her copper exterior lights were not working.  Victim stated that she contacted the company to repair the lights.  Victim stated that her caretaker noticed that the copper exterior lights were missing between 6/17/11 and 6/19/11.  Victim stated that the estimated value of the copper lights are about $1750.00.  Victim stated she believes one of the workers from the company she hired may have taken the lights.


CASE 0211008877 / AGGRAVATED DWI, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC / 06-25-2011

LOCATION:  EAST FONTAGE ROAD & YSIDRO ROAD, LA PUBLA AREA

ARRESTED:  MILNOR BRANCH, 37 YOA MALE LAMESILLA AREA

CHARGES:  AGGRAVATED DWI AND ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC

SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED FAILING TO MAINTAIN HIS LANE OF THE ROADWAY ON HIGHWAY 84-285.  DEPUTY STOPPED VEHICLE AND FOUND THE DRIVE IMPAIRED.  DRIVER SUBMITTED TO A BREATH TEST WHICH SHOWED HIM TO HAVE A .20 BrAC.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

On June 24, 2011 at 2:36 AM the suspect was involved in a Motor Vehicle Crash at a residence at the location.  For reason(s) unknown the suspect failed to observe a parked vehicle and struck it.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and a Blood Alcohol Test was administered.  The results of that test are pending.  There was also an open can of beer in the vehicle at the time of the crash.

Victim reported that a Bank Fraud Division employee contacted her in regards to unauthorized transactions against her account.  The transactions were at on-line retailers with the amount below 20.00 with the bank catching and reimbursing the funds.  Case is under investigation.
