Stolen: 2007 Dodge Ram Truck Mega Cab, I-pod, 15 music CD's, tools, laptop, clothes

Value: $40,600

On 12-10-10 the owner of the above vehicle reported her  black in color 2007 Dodge Ram Mega cab truck, bearing NM JTN606 stolen. The vehicle was parked in front of the residence and the owner had both sets of keys in her possession. The vehicle also had christmas presents hidden in the vehicle. No suspects were identified. The vehicle was entered into NCIC accordingly.

Suspect:  Herubin Hernandez, 44, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Prohibited Acts:  Equipment

On December 11, 2010 at 1:41 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location with a non-operational tail light.  A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause Attached.

Arrested: Charles Galvan (35 YOA), Rancho Siringo Rd., SFNM

The above listed individual was arrested on two active grand jury indictments, one for Aggravated Fleeing a law enforcement officer and Driving with a revoked license, the second one was for trafficking a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance.  Total Bond $100,000.00 cash bond.

On 12/8/10 victim wanted to document that she was informed by an employee of the Bank of America that some unknown person(s) had attempted to use her social security number to access her account.  No transactions were allowed or monies taken.  The bank was already closed and deputies could not get further information.

Location:  residence off of Stone Cabin Road, Santa Fe, NM (near Canada de Los Alamos)

On 12/8/10 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a residential burglary.  Victim stated someone unlawfully and forcefully entered his home through the front door between the hours of 1130 and 1645 .  Victim stated that unknown persons took 2 flatscreen TV's, an I-Mac desktop computer, a Macbook pro laptop computer, a Garmin GPS, misc. denominations of foreign money and a passport.  Estimated value of items taken is $7600.00.  Estimated damage amount is $1100.00.

Victim reported that the above vehicle was stolen The vehicle was taken at the victims residence. It appears that the victims key’s were taken before the vehicle was taken.

Victim reported some person attempted to gain entry into his home through the front door. Once inside the home the gun safe with the above items were stolen.

Case Still under Investigation-No Suspects Information

A fire was reported at a residence at Sandy creek. The fire was investigated as an arson. The State Fire Marshal’s Office investigated this incident. There was a gas can found at the scene. The home did not appear to be harmed , only the skirting and insulation. There are no suspects at this time.

Victim reports railroad boxcar storage entered by force and various power tools reported missing.  A camping trailer was also entered by force and it is unknown at this time if anything was removed from the trailer.  Case is under investigation.
