On June 22nd victim reported on June 19th 2011 in the late afternoon victim came home and found a female suspect sleeping on the victim's couch. Suspect apparently entered the residence throguh a kitchen window. Victim reported the suspect took some of the victim's clothing. The investigation is ongoing.

Suspect: Melissa Roybal, 21 year old female from El Rancho
On 06/22/2011 Santa Fe County Jail staff found Melissa Roybal passing an oxycodone pill under a visitation door. The pill was intended for an inmate but was intercepted by jail staff. Melissa Roybal was arrested and booked accordingly.

Deputy observed above listed suspect/driver fail to stop at the intersection of Camino Entrada and Airport Road. Deputy conducted a traffic stop and observed the above suspect to show signs of impairment. Deputy conducted several tests and determined the above suspect was impaired. Deputy placed above suspect under arrest and booked him accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On this date at above listed location suspect was stopped for failing to dim his headlights Aas he was south bound on West Frontage Road. A traffic stop was conducted. suspect was found to be intoxicated and was not able to show proof of insuance. suspoect was arrested on above charges and agreed to a blood test. suspect was transported to the adult detention center and booked. Suspects vehicle was impounded and his freinds were released.

Stolen: Two factory installed car stereos unknown make or models.
Victim reported that between June 18th, 2011 and June 20th 2011 someone unlawfully removed the above stated items from two dump trucks, which were a 1997 Freightliner and a 1999 Westernstar. Both dump trucks were parked inside a secured fenced property of the Southwest Landscaping Company. The dump trucks were unlocked, once inside suspects removed the above stated items. Suspects are pending further investigation.

Victim reported that on or about June 19th, 2011 at 2:30pm until this date at 2:00pm and unknown suspect(s) gained entry into their residence. Entry was made by force in through a window of the rear door. Once inside the suspect(s) stole the above items and fled the area. Case is under investigation.
