CHARGES: AGGRAVATED DWI - FAILURE TO STOP & PROOF OF INSURANCE
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED WEST BOPUND ON AGUA FRIA AND FAILED TO STOP AT POSTED STOP SIGN. DEPUTY J. PACHECO STOPPED VEHICLE AND FOUND THE DRIVER TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING. DWI OFFICER, DEPUTY L. MARTINEZ WAS ASKED AND TAKE OVER TRAFFIC STOP AND THE DWI INVESTIGATION. AFTER COMPLETEING INVESTIGATION DEPUTY MARTINEZ ARRESTED SUSPECT AND SUSPECT REFUSED BREATH TESTING. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND BOOKED IN THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER. HIS VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Between late February 2011, when the owner of the vehicles passed away and June 6th 2011 unknown suspect stole the above mentioned vehicles from private property located off Camino Pinion. The suspect also broke a window on a 1963 Chevrolet truck parked on the property. The broken window was valued at $300.00.

Victim: 25-year-old male from santa Fe N.M.
On 06/15/2011 the Sheriff's Office responded to a residence on Senda Corvo in reference to an unresponsive 25-year-old male. Upon arrival the male was found to be deceased. There were no signs of foul play. Criminal Investigations responded to scene and took over investigation. OMI was called to scene.

Victim reported they parked their vehicle at the Chumi Gallery in Madrid for a very short period of time and left the vehicle unlocked and their wallet inside. When the victim returned to their vehicle the wallet was missing.

Suspect: Joe Martinez 29-year-old male from Chimayo New Mexcio
On 06/15/2011 Jail staff was conducting a pat down on inmate Joe Martinez and located two plastic bags containing suspected cocaine in his waist band. One of the plastic bags contained several indiividually wrapped smaller bags of suspected cocaine. The substance was field tested and showed positive results for cocaine. Mr. Martinez was charged and booked according.

Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash upon arrival driver had fled the scene. Deputy later located the above listed suspect and observed signs of impairment. Deputy conducted several tests and determined suspect was impaired. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a possible drunk driver. Suspect was the passenger of the vehicle stopped and obstructed and hindered Deputies investigation. Deputy placed suspect under arrest and transported her to the Santa Fe County Detention Center. While at the detention center suspect battered a correctional officer and was charged accordingly.
