On 08/31/2011 at about 12:30am the female victim reported she heard a noise outside of her mobile home. She went outside to investigate and was struck on the head with a stick by an unidentified male. The male then fled the area on foot. The investigation is ongoing.

On 8/30/11 between the hours of 0800 and 1800 unknown persons gained entry into the victim's residence through an open bathroom window. Unknown persons removed the screen and damaged it. While inside the residence, unknown persons stole a Playstation 3 and (7) Playstation 3 games, and a powerstrip. Estimated value of items taken is $760.00. Estimated damage amount is $20.00.

Location: residence off of Lime Kiln Road, Lamy, NM (off of County Road 33)
On 8/30/11 at approximately 1449 hours the Real Estate Agent selling the above listed property reported the victim's ex-wife was at the residence and entered the property unlawfully and forcefully. Entry was gained through a bedroom window where the screen was removed and the window was unlocked. Complainant stated that a stainless steel refrigerator, Washer and dryer, an antique pot rack made out of horse yokes was taken from within. Complainant stated that the victim attempted to take the doors from the entry way and damaged the property in the process. Estimated value of items taken is $3600.00. Estimated damage amount is $5150.00.

On 8/30/11 deputy responded to the above locaation in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 8/26/11 at 1200 hours and 8/30/11 at 1000 hours unknown suspects gaiined entry to her rental property through an opened bathroom window. Victim stated that suspects damaged the screen to the window. Victim stated once inside unknown suspects took a wooden dresser, a cordless drill, a lamp, and a white microwave oven from inside. Unknown suspects also damaged a mirror. Estimated value of items taken is $315.00. Estimated damage amount is $30.00.

A representative from the Tierra Real Mobile Home Park advised that between the hours of 8:25 pm, and Sunday August 28th, 2011 at 10:30 am, an unknown suspect knocked down the gate on the west end of Vuelta Ventura Street. It is suspected that a vehicle was used, suspects are pending further investigation.

Sometime between the early hours of August 26th 2011 and August 29th 2011 someone gained entry through the kitchen window of the above stated residence. Once inside suspect(s) removed the above stated items. Suspect(s) are pending further investigation.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 200.00

On 8/29/11 victim reported that from 7/26/11 and 8/13/11 she believed she was employed by a male subject who gave her a job through the internet. The victim's job was to cash checks against her own bank account and wire the money via Western Union to differenct names given by the suspect. The victim stated on 8/13/11 she went to cash a 3rd check against her account and her bank told her the previous 2 checks cashed against her account were fraudulent and that her account was now overdrawn. The total amount cashed is $4902.01.

Sometime between 9:30pm on August 28, 2011 and 7:00pm on August 29, 2011 someone gained forced entry into the above location through a window. The above items were stolen from within the residence. Case still under investigation.

Location: residence off of North Paseo de Angel, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)
Victim reported that on 8/29/11 between 1200 and 1420 hours an unknown suspect gained entry through an open kitchen window. Once entry to the residence was made the suspects went to the master bedroom and stole misc. jewelry, birth certificates and a vehicle title. Victim also stated that a dozen firearms were stolen but does not have the information as of yet. Estimated value of items is pending. Victim stated that suspects kicked in the master bedroom closet door, damaged the screen to the kitchen window, the drywall to the stairwell, the gun cabinet and a Chinese sword were also damaged. Estimated damage $3700.00.
