On 6/9/11 between the hours of 1100 and 1600 victim stated unknown persons gained entry into his residence by breaking the glass to the back door. Once inside unknown persons took a 52" flatscreen TV, an Imac computer and a remote control. Estimated value of items taken is $4808.00. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

Charged: Driving on a revoked driver's license, Speeding, No Insurance
On 6/9/11 Deputy observed a red in color Pontiac travelling northbound on SR 599 near mm 7 at a higher speed than the posted speed limit. Deputy turned around and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle which had a temporary tag. Deputy contacted the driver who stated that he did not have a driver’s license. RECC ran the driver’s license in which the driver had a revoked license. The driver did not provide proof of insurance. The vehicle was seized as per the Santa Fe County Seizure. The driver was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED FAILING TO STOP AT POSTED STOP SIGN. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING. SUSPECT REFUSED A BREATH TEST AFTER BEING ARRESTED. SUSPECT WAS CHARGED FOR AGGRAVED DWI AND TRANSPORTED TO ADC. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.
