Stolen: Cell Phone, Leather Wallet, Debit cards, forms of identification
Victim reported that sometime between 5:00PM 10/01/11 and 8:00AM 10/02/11 that her silver in color 1997 Ford Contour had been burglarized. Victim stated that the auto burglary had occurred while the above vehicle was parked out in the street. Forced entry was made via the left rear window.
The items stolen were valued at about $1000.00

Suspect was stopped by Deputy after observing a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment. Sobriety tests were administered and suspect was arrested. Suspect refused to submit to chemical testing.

Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. Gerald Romero was involved in a verbal argument with his mother. Suspect was highly intoxicated, and being uncooperative. He was taken into custody for resisting or obstructing an officer.

On the above date, victim report that between 09.29.11 5:00 p.m. and 09.30.11 7:00 a.m. unknown suspect(s) unlawfully removed the above items from her 1997 Chevy pickup. This case is pending further investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference a Battery incident. Victim reported that his brother in law struck him several times while he had jumper cables wrapped around his hands. Victim lost four teeth, and had several bumps on his head. He was transported to Espanola Hospital for treatment. An attempt to locate the suspect was made with no findings. Suspect is pending further investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to a Criminal Sexual contact of a minor case at the above location. SFSO Criminal Investigations Division responded and took the suspect into custody for the above offense. He was transported to The Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked on above charge.

ITEMS STOLEN OR DAMAGED: VARIUS GOLD & SILVER JEWELRY, JEWELRY BOXES, MENS GOLD WEDDING BAND WITH TURQUIES AND A 3/4 CARAT DIAMOND AND A MATCHING LADIES WEDDING BAND WITH A 1 CARAT DIAMOND, ITEMS VALUED AT $22,000.00.
SUSPECT: PENDING
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM CALLED AND REPORTED THAT BETWEEN 6:00 PM AND 9:00 PM, IDENTIFIED SUSPECT ENTERED HIS HOUSE THROUGH A DOG DOOR AND REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS. VICITM REPORTED THAT HE TALKED WITH THE SUSPECT WHO CLEANS HIS HOUSE, AT ABOUT 6:30 PM AND SHE KNEW THAT HE WAS TAKING HIS WIFE OUT TO DINNER. SUSPECT HAS NOT BEEN LOCATED AT THIS TIME. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
