Victim report that between 11:00 p.m. on 08.21.2011 and 3:00 a.m. on 08.22.2011 unknown suspect(s) unlawfully gained forced entry into his 1992 Chevy Pickup at the above stated address. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed the above stated items. This case is pending further investigation.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 570.00
Case# 0211012361 Motor Vehicle Crash (Fatality)

Driver: Kevin Tran, 39, Albuquerque, NM
Passenger: Cindi Pham, 35, Albuquerque, NM
On Sunday, August 21, 2011 at approximately 12:21 PM Tran was operating the vehicle north at the location attempting to negotiate a left curve. For reason(s) unknown, Tran lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the right side and striking a guardrail. Both Tran and Pham were ejcted from the vehicle. Tran traveled down an embankment and was pronounced dead at the scene due to apparent head injuries. Pham was transported by ambulance to Christus Sain Vincent Regional Medical Center were she was treated for non life threatening injuries to her legs and admitted. Neither Tran nor Pham were wearing a helmet. Alcohol does not appear to be a factor in this crash.

Suspect/Arrested: Janelle Garcia (AKA: Janelle Aranda) (30 YOA) 1804 Paseo De La Conquistadora Santa Fe, NM 87505
Other Charges: Agg. Assault on a Peace Officer, Criminal Damage to Property, Possession of a controlled substance: Heroin, Possession of drug paraphernalia, Resisting or Obstructing a Peace Officer.
On Aug. 18, 2011 Agents received information that the above suspect who was wanted on an outstanding warrant issued by the 1st Judicial Dist. Court, was in a vehicle in the parking lot of the above location. Upon the agents arrival the suspect was located in a silver in color Hyundai Sonata. As agents exited their vehicle to make the arrest the suspect put her vehicle into drive and intentionally rammed into the Sheriff Agent's vehicle in an attempt to flee the parking lot. After a brief struggle with the suspect, Agents were able to remove her from the vehicle and place her into custody. After being placed into custody the suspect was found to be in the possession of drug paraphernalia which contained a brown substance which field tested positive for Heroin. Subject was booked at the Santa Fe County Detention Center on the outstanding warrant as well as the above charges.

Damaged: Red, 2007 Ford Focus. 1997 Green Ford Explorer, Black 2002 Suzuki
Victim reported that between 8/19/11 at 1900 and 8/20/11 0630 an unknown person(s) shattered several windows on the above listed vehicles belonging to the same victim. The vehicles were parked in the victim's front driveway at the time of the incident.
The damage to the vehicle was estimated to be over $1200.00

Location: 35 La Luna Road Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Arrested: Randy Wilkinson
On the above date deputies responded to #22 La Luna Road in reference to assistance with neighbors call. In the process of the investigation deputies preceded to the suspect's residence located at 35 La Luna Road but he was not home. Several moments later the suspect arrived driving a 2010 Dodge Avenger driving erratically and acting aggressive towards officers. The driver showed signs of impairment and was placed into custody for DWI.

Victim reported that between 8/20/11 at 1900 and 8/21/11 0630 an unknown person(s) scratched several curse words into the passenger side of the vehicle. The front tires on the vehicle were also deflated by unknown means.
The damage to the vehicle was estimated to be over $1000.00

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a fight in progress. Upon arrival Deputies contacted the parties involved. Deputies learned that listed subject struck female victim with a closed fist in the face. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

Arrested: 17 Year old male Santa Fe,NM
Vehilce: 1983 Toyota PK Blue
Vehicle was stopped by Deputies after observing a traffic violation. Upon approach of the driver, the Deputy observed signs of impairment and requested the driver submit to sobriety testing. Driver was found to be impaired and was arrested. Driver submitted to chemical testing with the results being .09/ .09 . The driver was also found to have four youths in the vehicle who were believed to be intoxicated. All youths were refered to juvenile authorities.

Location: Ninas Drive El Rancho,NM (North Santa Fe County)
Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to possible sexual assault in progress. Upon arrival Deputies located believed suspect who was leaving the area. Deputies learned that the person leaving the area was a victim of being slashed multiple times in the head and not a suspect of the Assualt. Victim was transported to Hospital for treatment on injuries sustained in slashing. Investigation Division was notified and responded to scene. Case is still under investigation.
