On 9/5/11 victim stated 3 months ago unknown persons damaged 2 of his windows to his residence. Victim stated that the window on the southeast side of the residence is double pane and has about a 1" hole in diameter and is also cracked. Victim stated the window on the east side has a star shape crack. Victim stated he had seen a neighborhood kid with a bb gun 2 weeks ago and he may have damaged the window. Estimated damage amount is about $1000.00.

Victim reported that between 09-02-2011 and 09-05-2011 some unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into his shed. Once inside the shed the suspect(s) stole the above items and fled the area. Case is under investigation at this time.

Victim advised sometime between 0730 hrs and 1730 hrs someone unlawfully entered her residence through an open window to the laundry room. Victim stated unknown suspects stole misc. gold and silver jewelry, a laptop computer, 2 silver belt buckles and $200.00 in cash from her bedroom. Victim advised her front door knob was damaged by the suspect(s) who tried to gain entry there. Estimated value of items taken is $1850.00. Estimated damage amount is $100.00.

On September 4, 2011 victim reported he parked his 1996 Blue in color Chevy Suburban at the above location on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 leaving it unlocked. Victim returned to his vehicle on today's date to find the above items missing. Case still under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the above residence in reference to someone taking out a black in color had gun and using it to intimidate and demanding information on the whereabouts of the resident that owed him money. Once the parent of the victim stated she did not know where this person was the suspect fled the area in a black in color Chrysler 300 in an unknown direction. Suspects are pending further investigation.

On 09/04/2011 a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Rodriguez's vehicle on Airport Road. Further investigation revealed Mr. Rodriguez to be in possession of less than 1oz of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and booked accordingly.
