On 8/21/11 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a criminal damage to property. One of the detention officers stated that an inmate who's 17 years of age was angry at one of the employess and forcefully removed a ceramic toilet from the wall of his cell and threw it at the door causing it to shatter. During the process the inmate damaged some of the plumbing and the door. Estimated damage amount is about $1000.00.

Arrested: Brenton Bluehouse, 38-year-old male from Albuquerque New Mexico
On 08/21/2011 at about 1:23am Mr. Bluehouse was stopped for running a red light. Furtherf investigation revealed he was intoxicated and driving on a revoked drivers license. He refused to submit to a breath test. He was arrested and booked on the above listed charges.

Location: 2700 block of Aspen Loop, Santa Fe, NM (Cottonwood MHP)
On 8/20/11 deputies were dispatched to the above address reference to a residential burglary. Victim stated she left her residence at 1300 hours and pulled up to her residence at 1432 hours and saw a hispanic male getting into a black vehicle. Victim stated that the male had a Playstation 3 and a Nintendo Wii system in his possession. Victim advised above suspect vehicle sped away from the residence once they were discovered. Above victim stated she followed the suspect vehicle for a short time, but lost sight of the vehicle. Victim stated that when she returned home she noticed that the hispanic male entered her residence through the front door. There was no damage to the front door. Estimated value of items taken is $600.00.

Charged: Driving on a suspended/revoked driver's license, Bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for Failure to appear
On 8/20/11 suspect was seen driving a blue in color Honda in the Cottonwood MHP. A traffic stop was conducted and it was learned that the suspect was driving with a suspended/revoked driver's license with the arrest clause. Suspect also had an active bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failure to appear. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 8/20/11 deputies responded to a larceny at above location. Victim stated that between 7/10/11 and today's date unknown persons entered his property and took 45 solar panels (various sizes) and 300 pounds of miscellaneous scrap metal. Estimated value of items taken is $2600.00.

On 8/19/11 deputies were dispatched to the above address reference to a residential burglary. Above victim stated someone unlawfully entered his home through the front door sometime between 0730 hours-1300 hours and stole a Playstation 2 and a laptop. Estimated value of items taken is $725.00. There was no damage to the front door.

On 8/20/11 SFPD officers were dispatched to Acequia Borrada area in reference to an intoxicated female. The female advised officers that she was involved in a domestic dispute with her boyfriend which occurred in the County. Victim stated that suspect battered her in the face which caused her to have a black eye. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 8/19/11 deputies were dispatched to St. Vincent Hospital in reference to an Aggravated Battery. Victim stated that he was on his way to his mother's work when he was approached by 4 individuals who battered him with an unknown type of object. Victim stated that the individuals also threatened him if they would see him again they would kill him. Victim then proceeded over to the hospital to have his injuries attended to. Victim obtained 5 stitches to his head.

On 8/19/11 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between the hours of 0730 and 1630 unknown persons unlawfully gained entry into her residence possibly through a window in the livingroom. Victim stated that unknown persons then took a Sony Playstation 2, a Compaq laptop, 2 Nintendo Wii game systems, a Xbox Kinect game system, and a pair of Nike tennis shoes. Estimated value of items taken is $1590.00. There was no damage to the window.
