Property damaged:  2000 year model Toyota Tacoma truck

Estimated value of damages: $1,500.00

Victim reported at approximately 4:15am on 06/01/2011 unknown suspect used a blunt object to cause an estimated $1,500.00 worth of damages to the victim's truck, which was parked in the victim's driveway on Camino Capilla Vieja.  Neighbors reported hearing loud banging noises at approximately 4:15am.  Evidence was collected on scene.

Location: Colony Drive (Airport Rd Area)

Stolen: 300-400 Tons of brown gravel, damaged fence

Victim reported that sometime between 4:00pm 5/26/11 and 7:00am 5/27/11 some unknown person(s) entered the above property by cutting the fence and stole the above listed 7/8” Santa Fe brown gravel. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $19020.00
 


0211007516, Crim. Sexual Penetration, False Imprisonment, Battery against Household Member, 5/31/11

Suspect: Pending

Victim reports being sexually assaulted and battered by a former household member during a domestic disturbance.  Victim sustained non-life threatening injuries.  Case is under investigation.


Case#0211007547 / Battery Against a Household Member / 5/31/2011

Location: 4985 Airport Road, (Catholic Charities)

Arrested: Ruben Jaramillo, 46 year old male from Santa Fe N.M.

Charges: Battery against a household member

On 05/31/2011 at approximately 2:41pm Deputies responded to the Catholic Charities located at 4985 Airpoort Road in reference to a domestic disturbance.  The investigation revealed the above listed suspect battered his wife durring an altercation.  No injuries were reported by the victim.  The suspect was arrested charged accordingly.   


0211007571, Burglary/Larceny/Criminal Damage, 05-31-2011

Location: Sandy Creek (Riverside MHP, Santa Fe)

Suspect: David Prada, 47yoa male, Santa Fe

Stolen: misc. power tools, misc. hand tools, Bow, tile saw, table saw, chain saw, sanders, lamp shades, tool chest, auto diagnostic set and misc items

Victim reported that on this date between 1830hrs and 1920hrs the suspect came to the area in his white Dodge truck. Once in the area the suspect began driving recklessly and struck a PNM phone box and swing set located on the victim’s property. The suspect then rammed a shed located on the property and stole the above items. The suspect and vehicle were located at his residence (plate provided by witness) and the suspect was subsequently arrested after resisting. Some of the victims property was located in the truck and the suspects residence and returned to the property owner. Case is under investigation.

 


0211007804 Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle 05-30-2011

Location: #5 Sunset Canyon Lane, Santa Fe New Mexico

Stolen: Black in color 2007 GMC Yukon utility vehicle

Victim reported that between May 29th 2011 at approximately 9:00 pm and May 3oth 2011 at approximately 9:30 am someone unlawfully stole the above stated vehicle. It was discovered that the above stated vehicle was involved in motor vehicle pursuit resulting in a motor vehicle crash, which the Santa Fe Police Department is investigation. Suspects are pending further investigation.

The above items stolen were valued at about $40,000.00

Suspect(s):Pending

Items Stolen: Miscellaneous bottles of whiskey and cigarettes valued at $100.00

Deputies responded to an activated alarm at a business.  Upon arrival Deputies discovered the front glass door to the business had been broken.  Suspect(s) used a large rock to break the glass door and gain entry into the business.  Once inside suspect(s) stole the above listed items.  Case is under investigation.

Location: 100 block of Evergreen Lane, (El Rancho) Santa Fe N.M.

Items stolen: Dewalt hammer drill, Dewalt electric drill, Makita grinder, Black & DEcker tool box, misc. hand tools

Value $1,500

Victim reported between 6:00pm on 5/29/11 and 12:30pm on 5/30/11 unknown suspect entered the victim's unlocked vehicle and stole the listed iitems. 


Case#0211007423 / D.W.I. / 5/28/2011

Location; State Road 14 at Ranch Viejo Blvd.

Suspect: Christopher Crumpton, 24 year old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 5/28/2011 at 8:10pm a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Crumpton who was found to be intoxicated.  He was arrested and booked into the county jail

 

 


Case#0211007408 / Robbery / 05/28/2011

Location: State Road 502, Pojoaque N.M.

Suspect: 20-25 year old male

Stolen: $100.00 US cash

On 5/28/2011 while the victim was traveling on State Road 502 near Pojooaque, a 20-25 year old male aquatance of the victim, stopped him and stole $100.00 from the victim's wallet by force.  The case is under investigation.
