The above subject refused to cooperate with law enforcement during the apprehension process and was charged with Battery upon school personal, Assault upon a peace officer and Resisting evading an officer.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED BACKING INTO THE GATES OF A TRASH DUMPSTER ON THE APARTMENT COMPLEX CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE AND THEN DRIVING OFF. SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO HAVE OPEN CONTAINER OF BEER AND HAS BEEN DRINKING. AFTER DWI INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED DEPUTY MARTINEZ ARRESTED SUSPECT ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED HIM TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Suspect#1: older hispanic male with salt/pepper hair
Suspect#2: younger hispanic male
On 9/1/11 victim stated that she and her friend were at the Santa Cruz Dam going fishing. Victim stated that a red in color vehicle approached them and an older male got out with a metal pipe and advised both females to get out of the vehicle. Victim stated that the suspect had his pants down and was showing his genitals. Victim stated that the suspect pushed her friend down the hill and then got on top of her. Victim stated that the suspect touched her breasts and also attempted to get his hand down her pants. Victim stated that the suspect hit her on the right side of her head with the metal pipe. Victim stated that she fought the suspect off and then her friend also assisted her. Suspect then advised another male who was younger to get into victim's vehicle and flee the area. Suspect then got in his vehicle and fled the area. The vehicle was a 2000 black in color Mitsubishi Eclipse. The vehicle was located by State Police due to being involved in a crash.

On 9/1/11 deputy responded to the above location in reference to a larceny. Victim stated that between 8/7/11 and 8/31/11 unknown persons stole a white in color washer and dryer set which were on her front porch. Victim stated that Aaron's Rental was supposed to pick up the set but it was no longer on her front porch. Victim estimated the value of the items to be $2500.00.

Victim stated that between the hours of 1230 and 1500 unknown persons unlawfully entered his vehicle through an open window and stole a LG prepaid cell phone. Victim stated that unknown persons damaged the battery cables to the vehicle. Estimated value of the item taken is $100.00. Estimated damage amount is $60.00.

Victim stated that unknown persons stole a pair of Leopold 8 X 42 binoculars and 1 coin purse which contained $25.00 in change. Estimated value of items taken is $325.00. Estimated damage amount to the window is $250.00.
