Deputy observed vehicle weaving withing its lane of travel and make a sudden turn. Deputy initiated a traffic stop and upon contacting the driver he was found to be impaired. Subject was given sobriety testing and was then arrested. Subject was given chemical testing with the results being .15, .14

Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. Rico Lopez was involved in a verbal argument with a house hold member. During the argument he struck and pulled the house hold members hair. He was booked for Assault against a household member, Battery against a house hold member, and possession of marijuana.

Victim reported to Sheriff's Office that as he was traveling on the listed road, suspect passed him in a vehicle then braked. Victim stated that when he drove alongside the suspect vehicle, suspect driver brandished a black in color semi-auto handgun. Victim fled the area and called law enforcement. Case is still under investigation.

Viictim reported they sold an electric wheelchair on ebay to an out of state buyer. The victim paid the suspect $350.00 to transport the wheelchair out of state to the buyer but the suspect never delivered the wheelchair.

On 5/26/2011 a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Hernandez who was found to be intoxicated. He was placed under arrest without incident. Mr. Hernandez refused to submitt to a breath or blood test.
