On 8/7/11 deputy responded to above location in reference to an unlawful taking of motor vehicle. Victim stated that she returned home on July 17, 2011 in the evening after being out of town and noticed that her 1994 Plymouth Acclaim silver in color bearing NM license plate LSR993 was missing from her driveway. Victim stated that she also noticed that some of her tools were missing also. Victim stated that she believes a person that was staying with her took her vehicle and tools. Estimated value of the vehicle is $800.00 and estimated value for the tools is $500.00. Vehicle was entered into NCIC.

Location: 700 block of Old Las Vegas Highway, Santa Fe, NM (near Rancheros Campground)
On 8/6/11 deputies responded to the above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 8/5/11 at 2200 hours and 8/6/11 at 1900 hours unknown suspects unlawfully gained entry from an unlocked west window. Victim stated that unknown suspects had taken a DVR from within. Victim stated that unknown suspects attempted to take a 51" Panasonic flatscreen TV but had damaged it and the drywall where it was mounted. Estimated value of items taken is $79.00. Estimated damage amount is $1480.00.

Suspect: Joseph Valdez Age: 47 Santa Cruz NM
Joseph Valdez was stopped for traffic violation and was found to have a suspended driver license and to be in possession of prescription medication without a valid prescription. He was booked without incident.

On 8/5/11 between 1315 and 1438 hours, unknown persons gained unauthorized entry to the victim's home through an unlocked front door. Once inside unknown suspects then stole a Westinghouse 42" flatscreen TV and 3 pair of retro Jordan tennis shoes. Estimated value of items takenis $993.00.

Location: 4600 block of Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM (Casitas MHP)
On above date and location, Deputies responded in reference to a Residential Burglary. Upon my arrival, I spoke with above listed vicitm who stated that she left her residence at approximately 9:30 AM, and returned at approximately 11:45 AM. Victim further advised that upon her arrival home, she found the front door to her residence opened and the 32" Magnavox TV was taken from within. No signs of forced entry were observed. Estimated damage amount is $370.00.
