Charged:  Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit:  Cocaine, Possession of

                   Drug Paraphernalia

On September 16, 2010 at 12:22 AM Suspect #1 was operating the vehicle west at the location at 40 miles per hour in a posted 30 mile per hour speed zone.  Suspect #1 was found to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.  Suspect #1 was unable to produce proof of insurance of registration upon request.  A check with the Arizona Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that his driver's license is expired.  Suspect #1 was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.  Suspect #2, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was found to be in possession of suspected cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Suspect:  Jose G. Olvera, 24, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Receiving Stolen Property

On September 16, 2010 at 1:14 AM deputies responded to a loud party and shots fired at a residence at the location.  During the investigation a Berrtta, 9mm, handgun was located.  A check with the National Crime Information Center revealed that the handgun had been reported stolen to the Espanola Police Department on December 20, 2008.

Suspect:  Matthew J. Roybal, 33, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  DWI, Roadways Laned for Traffic

On September 15, 2010 at 10:55 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and made a right turn and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor.

Location:  residence off of Monte Alto Road, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)

On 9/15/10 deputies responded to above location in reference to a burglary.  Upon arrival it was determined that unknown persons entered the residence through an unlocked front window and stole an HP laptop, MP3 player, misc. jewelry, and $65.00 in cash.  Estimated value of items taken is $2415.00.

Arrested: Matthew Mclinton - age 47, Santa Fe, NM

The above driver was stopped for making an improper turn. During the traffic stop he exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. He submitted to a breath test and the results were .07 and .07.

Location:  27000 block of East Frontage Road, Santa Fe, NM (off of I-25)

On 9/14/10 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a residential burglary. Victim stated that suspects gained entry into his residence between 1555 and 1830 hours this date. Victim stated that suspects entered his residence through a partially opened kitchen window. Victim stated that suspects took a Sansui 19" TV from inside the kitchen. Victim stated that suspects then went into his workshop and took miscellaneous power tools. Estimated value of items taken is $4505.00.

Stolen: Rikon Saw, Black and Decker palm sander, weed eater, skill table saw and skill Belt Sander, valued at $1,100.

No Suspect Information

Victim reported that unknown persons entered the above victim’s shed. Once inside the unknown suspects took the above items. The victim also said that the suspect tried gaining entry into his guest house, to no avail. The burglary took place at some point between on September 14, 2010.

The above subject was arrested after she was involved in a fight with her mother. The suspect hit her mother in the leg with a crutch and was booked accordingly.

Charged:  Assault on a Police officer, Resisting or obstructing an Officer, Disorderly Conduct

On 9/14/10 deputies responded to a neighbor harassment. Upon speaking to the suspect, he attempted to strike at deputy. Suspect then attempted to walk away and suspect was tazed. Suspect was then taken outside and he was yelling and screaming causing a disturbance. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Stolen: Red Snap on Tool Box with Miscellaneous tools, box of nails, carpenter tool belt with hammer and framing square, cable tv wire, Craftsman generator.

Value: $27,899.00

Victim reported between July 30, 2010 and this date an unknown person took above items by cutting a pad lock to above storage unit. No evidence was located. No witness or suspects were located. Victim did not have serial numbers for items taken.
