Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a welfare check. During the investigation, it was learned Mr. Erives had an active arrest warrant. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and booked accordingly.

Stolen: 2024, gray in color, Toyota Corolla / I-Phone
Victim: 35 YOA
Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Between 11:00 pm on 4/11/2024 and 6:00 am on 4/12/2024, the victim discovered his vehicle was stolen from the Butterfly Springs apartments. The victim reported his a phone was also in the vehicle. This vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen.

Deputies were dispatched to the residence for concern for the wefare of 4 children. Investigation was conducted which resulted in the children being placed with another family member, and both parents getting arrested. Devon was also booked on an additional warrant for her arrest.

Deputies stopped a vehicle due to the license plate returning to a different vehicle. The driver of the vehicle emitted an odor of alcohol and admitted to drinking before driving. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were observed. Driver was arrested and refused chemical testing.

Deputies responded the location in reference to an unattended death and made contact with the reporting party. During the course of the investigation the office of the medical investigator was contacted (OMI). The Investigator determined the deceased passed away from natural causes.
Case#2024001814- Burglary, Criminal damage to property, Larceny

Stolen: 344 feet of R-19 insulation
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. The victim stated the incident occurred between 4/4/24 and 4/5/24, 1530 to 0600. The victim said a vehicle drove through a 15 ft section of the orange construction fence and took 1000 ft of insulation from the building. No suspect information is available at this time; the case remains under investigation.

Deputies responded to I-25 in regards to a rog way driver. Vehicle was located and stopped. Driver agreed to SFST's and displayed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and agreed to chemical testing. Results were 0.22g/210L-0.22g/210L. Driver was booked into Santa Fe ADC with out incident.
