Deputy contacted victim in regards to a domestic battery. Victim stated that she had been punched in the face repeatedly causing her to sustain injury to her right eye area. Victim also stated that suspect pulled her hair. Suspect was located and arrested for the listed charge.

Deputy responded to location in regards to a residential alarm. Upon arrival, Deputy noticed that the home had been forcibly entered by kivking open the door. It was determined that the suspects had stolen a flat screen TV. Evidence was located and case is still under investigation

Deputies while on a traffic stop observed a vehicle strike a curb and speed away. Deputies attempted in stopping the vehicle and he refused driving into a private drive. Deputies finally stopped the vehicle and upon contact with the driver he was found to be impaired. Driver was then arrested and booked accordingly

ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED THAT UNKNOWN PERSON (S) ENTERED HIS HOUSE THROUGH A WINDOW AND REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS. LATER ON THIS DATE SANTA FE CITY POLICE STOPPED A VEHICLE, WHICH WAS A 2005 JEEP , BLUE IN COLOR AND THE TWO MEN INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE TOOK OFF RUNNING. INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE WAS THE SAFE AND PAPERWORK. VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME. SUSPECT WERE NOT LOCATED AT THIS TIME.

On 3/17/11 deputies responded to above location in reference to a fraud. Victim stated that during a 3 month period her son had obtained the information to her bank account to pay for a T-mobile phone bill. Victim stated that she did not give her son the information or authorization to use her account. Estimated value of the amount taken is $1,586.00.

CHARGES: AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPONS, ABANDONMENT OR ABUSE OF A CHILD
ON THIS DATE DEPUTIES WERE SENT TO ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DUE TO A DOMESTIC FIGHT IN PROGRESS. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPET WAS INTOXICATED AND HAD BEEN INVOLVED IN AN ARGUMENT WITH HER SON. SHE GOT UPSET AND STATED THAT SHE WAS GOING TO KILL HER THREE MONTH OLD GRANDSON. WHEN SON TRYED TO STOP HER FROM GOING AFTER HIS SON WITH A KNIFE HE RECIEVED A DEEP CUT TO HIS LEFT HAND. VICTIMS SISTER CAME OUT OF HER ROOM AND GOT THE BABY AND TWO OTHER CHILDREN OUT OF THE HOUSE ALONG WITH THE VICTIM. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. VICTIM WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT
