Stolen: Costume jewelry, sapphire ring, diamond ring, amethyst ring, Seiko watch, misc jewelry, gold earrings, 15 pills of hydrocodone

Victim reported on this date that sometime between 8:00am and 4:00pm some unknown person unlawfully entered the above listed residence through an open window. Upon entering the unknown person stole the above listed items valued at about $2440.00. Victim advised that she had seen a suspicious white mustang driving around in the morning.

Location:  3100 block of Jemez Road, Santa Fe, NM (off Airport Rd.)

On 8/31/10 victim reported that on 8/30/10 at about 2230 hours an unknown male crawled through a window and struck her several times and choked her.  Victim stated that the suspect stated that he was looking for his daughter.  Victim advised she was not at the residence.  Suspect stayed in the residence until 8/31/10 at 1000 hours and took victim's cell phone.  Victim stated that suspect took several DVD's which were valued at $200.00.  Criminal Investigations was called to scene and took over investigation.

Suspect (s)  Aggravated DWI:  Joshua Vonogden   Age: 32  Santa Fe,                     Warrant Service:  Juan Esquivel   Age: 26  Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to possible intoxicated driver in the area of Airport Road and Calle Inez.  Vehicle located and upon contact, driver Joshua Vonogden was found to be impaired.  Vonogden arrested for Aggravated DWI after refusing chemical testing.  Passenger Juan Esquivel, also intoxicated was arrested on outstanding Bench Warrant out of Colfax County for probation violation stemming from prior DWI charges.  Both booked into SF. Co. Jail.

Charged:  DWI, Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug

Suspect #2:  Agnes Estrada, 28,  Las Vegas, NM

Charged:  Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug

On 8-30-2010 at 9:16 PM Suspect #1 was operating the vehicle south at the location without lighted tail lamps on the trailer.  Suspect #1 was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.  During an inventory of the vehicle more than 8 ounces of suspected marijuana and over $1,500.00 US Currency was located in the glove compartment.  A digital scale was located on the back seat and a smoking device containing suspected burnt marijuana residue was located in the center console.  Suspect #2 was a passenger in the vehicle at the time of this incident. .

Victim reported that sometime between 7/31/10 and 8/30/10some unknown person stole her above listed items from his dome structure. Suspects entered through a skylight window. The stolen items was valued at about $100.00

Victim reported sometime between 9:00am and 2:00am on 8/28/10some unknown person stole her above listed items during a party. Suspects entered the locked room through an open window. The stolen items was valued at about $1372.00

Stolen:Electric fence control box, opening arm, Solar Panel, Battery charger, gate actuator.

Victim reported on this date that sometime between 1:30pm and 4:15pm some unknown person damaged the above electric gate and stole the above listed items valued at about $3100.00
 


0210007256 Unlawful taking of a Motor Vehicle

Location: Peak Place Mobile Home Park (Tesuque NM area)

Stolen: Black 2008 Honda Civic/ NM License plate136PXR

Victim reported on this date sometime between 7:00am and 12:00noon some unknown person stole her above listed vehicle from her driveway. Victim believes the keys may have been left in the trunk. A stolen vehicle affidavit was signed and the vehicle was entered into NCIC. The vehicle was valued at about $19000.00

Location:  3000 block of Jemez Road, Santa Fe, NM

Victim:  50 year old female, Santa Fe, NM

On 8/30/10 at about 1806 hours, victim was found in bed by her husband.  Victim was unconcious and not breathing.  CPR was started and continued until paramedics arrived.  Paramedics attended to the female for about 30 minutes and could not revive her.  OMI was contacted and took over investigation.  No foul play is suspected.

Location: Las Cuatro Milpas - Mutt Nelson/West Frontage Road Area, Santa Fe

Arrested: Jose Rivera - age 44, Santa Fe, NM

Victims claimed the above suspect arrived at their residence with a handgun and threatened to kill them by pointing the gun at their heads. The suspect fled the area and was later located and apprehended by deputies at the suspect's residence. The suspect was booked into ADC.
