ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED SHE WENT OUT OF TOWN FOR A SHORT TIME AND WHEN SHE RETURNED HOME TODAY SHE DISCOVERED THAT SOMEONE HAD TAKING HER ABOVE LISTED MOTORCYCLE FROM INFRONT OF HER HOUSE. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

Victim reported on this date sometime between 8:00am and 1:00pm some unknown person unlawfully entered his residence by breaking a window. Upon entering the office the suspect stole the above listed items.

Charged: DWI (Felony), Careless Driving, Vehicle Entering Stop or Yield Intersection
On February 21, 2011 at 7:32 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location. The suspect disregarded a stop sign and drove around a marked, Pojoaque Tribal Police Department vehicle with its emergency lights activated. The left side mirror of the vehicle struck a Pojoaque Tribal Police Officer, who was directing traffic at the scene of a residential structure fire, causing no injuries. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect has three or more prior DWI Offenses. As a result the vehicle was siezed pursuant to the Santa Fe County DWI Vehicle Forfieture Ordinance.

Victim reported that she had been involved in a physical fight with the suspect at the above location. After the fight victim reported that the suspect pulled out a small .22 cal handgun and pointed it at her. No firearm was located on the suspect or in her vehicle, victim and suspect were both uninjured.

Deputy observed above listed person driving, and failed to maintain lane of travel. Deputy conducted tests on above person, and determined she was intoxicated. Above person was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Victim reported that sometime between 1200hrs and 1930hrs on 02-20-2011 some unknown person(s) entered the residence. Once in the residence personal property was damaged and thrown around the residence. No items at this time were observed missing. Case is under investigation.

On above date suspect was housed at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. While in the intake area Lailes became combative and spat upon two detention officers. Lailes was re-booked on the above charges

Suspect: David Mondragon Age: 30 Jaconita
David Mondragon was arrested for Aggravated Battery against a Household Member and Criminal Damage to Property after deputies responded to a Domestic Dispute at his home in Jaconita off of County road 84. It was learned that Mondragon had battered a household member with a garden hoe, criminally damaged the home by breaking windows and damaging the floor and then fled. He was located on US 84/285 near Pojoaque and apprehended. He also had to active bench warrants (unrelated) that were served upon him.
