It was reported by a neighbor that the sometime between 12/01/10 and 4/25/11 some unknown person(s) damaged the back sliding door at the vacant residence next to hers. It did not appear that anything was stolen or damaged inside the residence at this time.
The above listed damaged items were valued at about $200.00

Stolen: Air Compressor, Black Powder Rifle, 2 Laptops, Digital Camera


Victim reported that sometime between 3:00pm on 4/23/11 and 7:00am on 4/25/11 some unknown person(s) gained entry into the business by forcing open the front door, as well as a tool shed. The above listed items were stolen.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $3650.00

 Deputies responded to St Vincents Hospital in reference to a report of a Sexual Assault. It was discovered that a 2 year old victim had been sexually assaulted by a 12 year old male. Case is currently under investigation.

Victim reported  that suspects entered her home through unlocked door and stole a 50" plasma TV and a LG cell phone. Victim stated that the incident took place between the hours of 1:00pm and 7:00pm. Case is still under investigation.

ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED THAT UNKNOWN PERSON(S) BROKEN INTO HIS SHED AND REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS.  VICTIM REPORTED IT HAPPENED BETWEEN THURSDAY AT 5:00PM AND THIS DATE.  NO OTHER ITEMS WERE REPORTED AS MISSING AT THIS TIME.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION


CASE 0211005662 / BLURGLARY, LARCENY OVER $500.00 / 04-25-2011

LOCATION:  6100 BLOCK OF VUELTA VENTURA, SANTA FE AREA

ITEMS STOLEN OR DAMAGED:  THREE SOMBRERO'S, JVC BRAND CD PLAYER, EARRINGS OAND NECKLESSES AND OTHER JEWELRY AND CURRENCY, ITEMS VALUED AT $2,200.00.

On 4-25-11, deputy dispatched to the above address reference to a burglary. Upon her arrival, she met with the victim. Victim stated that she left the house at ten this morning and returned at six this evening to find the rear bathroom window open and the above items missing from inside of the home.

Victim believes that the suspect is a family member, but was not willing to give any information.  Case is under investigation at this time.

Arrested: Robert Martinez        Age: 21           Espanola,NM

Deputies were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a inmate being found in possession of suspected narcotics.  Inmate stated he was going to trade the narcotics for a phone card while he was housed at the jail. The case is still under investigation.

Location: Tierra Real Mobile Home Park

Arrested: Reynaldo Garcia, Age:42, Santa Fe New Mexico

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance upon arrival they contacted the victim who stated she was battered by the above suspect.  After further investigation Deputies  discovered a child had been hit in the face by the above listed suspects elbow.  Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.


Case#0211005625 / Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Trespass, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer / 04/24/2011

Location: Grazing Elk Drive, Pojoaque N.M.

Suspect: Robert Armijo, 26-years-old from Nambe N.M.

Charges: Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Trespass, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer

    On 04/24/2011 above suspect unlawfully entered a residence off Grazing Elk Drive while the residence was occupied by the homeowner. The suspect fled the residence when confronted  by the homeowner's father.  Deputies located the suspect in the area.  He was found to be intoxicated and resisted arrest.  He was pllaced under arrest and transpoorted to the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: U.S. Highway 84/285 Mile Post 171

Arrested: Jesus Fierro-Becerra, Age: 21 Albuquerque New Mexico

Deputy conducted a traffic stop due to vehicle failing to maintain lane.  Deputy made contact with the above listed suspect who was the driver.  Deputy observed signs of impairment on driver.  Deputy conducted several tests and determined above suspect was impaired.  Deputy arrested, transported and booked suspect into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.
