Victim reported he went to the above address at about 5:45am to pick up his cousin leaving his vehicle running as he went inside. When victim returned to his vehicle it was gone, and had been taken by the above listed suspect. Suspect was then located in the vehicle when she returned to the area. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On March 12, 2011 at 3:12 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and failed to stop for a posted stop sign. The suspect subsequently failed to stop for two other stop signs. The suspect failed to bring the vehicle to a stop when commanded to do so. The suspect was subsequently located at his residence and found to be under the influence of alcohol. The suspect refused to submit to a Breathalyzer test.

Victim reported that sometime between 3/10/11 6:15pm and 3/11/11 5:45pm someone unlawfully entered the above address and stole the above list items. Entry was gained by forcing open the rear door with some unknown object.

Victim reported on this date at approximately 10:12 am, victim stated that her grandmother’s wedding ring and engagement ring had been stolen from her residence. Victim said the ring was last seen about a month ago.
The above listed damage/stolen items were valued at about $3000.00
