Arrested: Kenneth Jurgensen (59 YO)
Deputies were called to assist Tesuque PD with an individual in the parking lot who was intoxicated. Deputies arrived and when speaking to the driver he advised he was going to head home from the casino. A DUI investigation took place, and the subject was ultimately arrested.
Case #2025007046 // Concealing ID, Driving While License Revoked - 12/3/2025

Location: Airport Rd.
Arrested: Luis Castillo-Bejarano (45 YO)
Deputy conducted a traffic stop due to the driver proceeding through a red light and stopping in the intersection. During the stop, the driver concealed his identity and once it was found, he was found to have a revoked driver's license due to a prior DUI. He was arrested and taken to the detention facility.

Arrested- Andrew Valencia (53 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Location- Calle Lorca/ St. Michaels
Deputies contacted Andrew during a traffic stop and found that he was driving with a revoked driver's license. He was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.
Case #2025007037/ Warrant Arrest/ 12/3/25
Assigned- Deputy M. Olivas
Entering- Corporal D. Moore
Location- Airport/ Cerrillos
Arrested- Felipe Trujillo (45 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies recognized Felipe while he was walking on Airport Rd, and verified he had an outstanding warrant. Deputies made contact with Felipe and arrested him on the warrant. He was later booked at the SF ADC.
Case #2025006990/Larceny/12-01-2025
Location: Bachelor Trail, Edgewood, NM
Stolen: Gold Necklace and a Diamond Ring ($14,500)
On Monday, December 1, 2025, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a larceny. Contact was made with the victim and they advised someone had stolen jewlery from the residence. This case remains under investigation.
Case #2025006995/Driving while License is Revoked/12-01-2025
Location: Camel Rock Road, Tesuque, NM
Arrested: Manuel Caudillo, 37 YOM
On Monday, December 1, 2025, deputies responded to the above area to assist the Tesuque Tribal Police Department with a non-native. Deputies arrived on scene and learned officers had conducted a traffic stop on the above driver. The driver was found to have a revoked driver's license, due to a previous DWI. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.

Arrested: Manuel Caudillo, 37 YOA male, Alcalde
Deputies responded to the location to assist Tesuque Tribal Police on a traffic stop. The driver was found to have a revoked license due to a previous DWI. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Facility.
Case #2025006976 Burglary of a motor vehicle

Location: 2100 Block Camino Polvoso, Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a vehicle burglary. Deputies were advised three unknown suspects broke into the victim’s vehicle and took tools from within. No suspect information at this time.
2025006988 / Unattended Death / 12-1-25

Location: Five Jays Ln
Deceased: 74 Year Old Male
Deputies responded to the location after receiving reports of a male not conscious and not breathing. Upon arrival obvious signs of death were observed, during the investigation deputies did not notice anything suspicious. Foul play is not suspected; the case is under investigation.
Case #2025006976/Burglary of a Motor Vehicle/11-30-2025
Location: 2000 Block of Camino Polvoso, Agua Fria Village
Stolen: Snap On Tool Set ($800)
Suspects: Unknown
On Sunday, November 30, 2025, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an after the fact burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they advised unknown suspects gained unlawful entry into their vehicle. Two male suspects then fled the area in a blue/white older sedan. This case remains under investigation.
