Deputy conducted a traffic stop for a fictitious license plate, during traffic stop it was learned the driver was operating vehicle without an interlock and was rrested. Driver also had three active arrest warrants and was booked into SFADC without incident.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to an aggravated assault. Upon arrival contact was made with the two parties involved. During the course of the investigation, it was discovered the victim was struck by a vehicle which was driven by the suspect. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to SFADC, without further incident.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival contact was made with the victim, who reported a stolen horse trailer. The victim reported an unknown suspect(s) gained entry into her property and stole her horse trailer. Deputies are currently investigating the case.

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance. After conducting an investigation, it was determined there was a physical altercation. The listed suspect was determined to be the primary aggressor and was arrested on the above charge and booked into Santa Fe County ADC without incident.

Deputies responded to the scene in reference to a Cardiac arrest. Lifesaving procedures were not conducted due to obvious signs death. Deputies continued with the investigation and no foul play suspected. The Office of the Medical Investigator was contacted and the decedent was transported from the scene by a local funeral home.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival deputies contacted both parties. Deputies observed evidence that the suspect battered the victim. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

On the above date, at approximately 12:41am, Deputies responded to the above listed address in reference to a 911 hang-up. While at the location, Deputies made contact with the victim who had injuries consistant to a battery. Above named suspect was taken into custody, booked, and charged.

Deceased- 27 year old female/ Espanola
On 3/17/2026 deputies were dispatched to a cardiac arrest. The caller advised a female had a seizure and wasn't conscious or breathing. Initially, BIA officers were dispatched due to the call being on the Nambe reservation. When rescue personnel arrived they attempted life saving measures but were unsuccessful. The decedent was identified as being non-Native, so SFSO deputies were called to the scene. After speaking with the caller, it was learned the decedent had been sick for quite some time and had been vomiting prior to having the medical episode that incapacitated her. No signs of foul play were observed, and deputies located narcotics paraphernalia in the decedent's purse, possibly indicating an overdose. OMI was called to the scene to conduct their investigation.
