Arrested: Chandra McGovern (35 YO)

Deputy observed a vehicle traveling at a speed greater than the posted limit. A traffic stop was initiated. Upon contact, the deputy identified the above-listed suspect as the driver of the vehicle. A records check was conducted, which revealed the suspect’s driver’s license status was revoked due to a prior DWI. The records check further revealed the suspect had outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was booked at the detention facility. 


Case #2026001254/Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Driving without a license

Assigned: Deputy J. Soriano

Entering: Corporal A. Currey

Location: Henry Lynch/Agua Fria

Suspect: Christina Webber, (51 YOF)

Deputies responded to the scene of a hit and run. SFPD had both victim and suspect. During the investigation it was learned the suspect struck the other vehicle and fled. The suspect had warrant for her arrest and was booked for the above charges and the active warrant. 


Case #2026001255/Unattended death

Assigned : Deputy S. Riley

Entering: Corporal A. Currey

Location: Arroyo Coyote Rd.

Deceased: 74 YOF, Santa Fe

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a cardiac arrest. Deputies arrived on scene with EMS. The Office of the Medical Investigator (OMI) was contacted and responded to the scene. No signs of foul play were observed.   


Case #2026001257/Warrant Arrest

Assigned: Deputy J. Soriano

Entering: Corporal A. Currey

Location: Casa Rufina

Arrested: Christina Webber (51 YOF)

Deputies made contact with Christina Webber at Casa Rufina and detrmined she had a Santa Fe Magistrate  Court Warrant for her arrest.  Christina Webber was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center without further incident. Original Charges Driving While License Suspended and Improper equipment-Driving/moving causing to be moved an unsafe vehicle.


Case#2026001255 / Unattended Death / 3-2-2026

Assigned:  S. Riley 

Entering: Sgt. Hernandez 

Location: Arroyo Coyote Rd

Deceased: 74 YOF

Deputies responded to the scene in reference to an assisting ambulance. Upon arrival it was learned, lifesaving procedures were not conducted by EMS, due to obvious signs death. Deputies continued with the investigation and determined foul play was not suspected. The Office of the Medical Investigator was contacted and the decedent was transported from the scene by a local funeral home.


Case #2026001249/ Unattended Death/ 3/2/26

Assigned- Deputy B. Smith

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- Summer Rd (Nambe)

Deceased- 80 year old male/ Nambe

On March. 2, 2026, deputies responded to a cardiac arrest.  Upon arrival deputies made contact with the family who informed them that an 80 year male had stopped breathing. Paramedics responded but were unable to revive the male. He had a long history of medical conditions, and nothing suspicious was observed. The Office of the Medical Examiner (OMI) was called to the scene. 


Case #2026001250/ Unattended Death/ 3/2/26

Assigned- Deputy J. Flores-Ramirez

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- W Nambe/ Northfork

Deceased- 68 year old male/ Santa Fe

On March 2, 2026, deputies were dispatched to the above-listed address in reference to a male who was possibly experiencing a heart attack. Upon arrival, fire and rescue personnel was already on scene performing life-saving measures. Despite their efforts, the male was unable to be revived and was pronounced deceased.Through the investigation, deputies learned the decedent had an extensive medical history, including a documented heart condition. There were no signs of foul play observed at the scene, and the death appeared to be natural in nature.The Office of the Medical Investigator (OMI) was notified and dispatched. Next of kin was notified.


Case #2026001243, 44, 45, 46, 47/ Warrant Arrest x5 / 3/2/26

Assigned- Deputy M. Olivas

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- Airport Rd/ Paseo Del Sol

Arrested- Gabriella Bernal (35 year old female/ Santa Fe)

Deputies contacted Gabriella after she was seen jay walking. She was found to have 5 outstanding warrants and she was arrested. She was later booked at the SF ADC.


Case #2026001241/ Aggravated Battery on a Peace Officer/ 3/1/26

Assigned- Deputy O. Przyojski

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- SF ADC

Arrested- Dominick Cadena (29 year male/ Santa Fe) (REBOOKED)

Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center (SFADC) in reference to a battery. During the investigation, deputies learned that an inmate had battered a correctional officer. The correctional officer was transported to Presbyterian Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained during the incident. Further investigation revealed the correctional officer sustained a laceration to his upper lip after being punched by the above-named subject. The above-named subject was subsequently rebooked into SFADC without further incident.


Case# 2026001238 Arrest Warrant

Assigned: A. Gallardo

Entering: Cpl. J Jaramillo

Location: Siringo/ S Pacheco area

Arrested: Reynaldo Garcia (30YO)

Deputy contacted the above subject during a traffic stop. During contact the above listed Deputy learned the subject had an arrest warrant for Shoplifting and Fraud. Subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC accordingly.
