Deputies were dispatched to a suspicious person. Contact was made and individuals were identified. The subject above was found to have an active arrest warrant for failure to pay fines on the original charge of shoplifting and was arrested.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had an active warrant for his arrest out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failure to appear on no seat belt and no driver's license charges. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC. 

Case 2025001974/DUI, driving while license revoked, careless driving/ 4-4-25

Location: 3000-BLK Agua Fria St, Santa Fe, NM 

Arrested: Jairo Miche- Lopez 37 YOM

Deputies stopped a motor vehicle for careless driving. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed. SFSTs were administered, and the driver showed further signs of impairment and was arrested. The driver submitted to a breath test, which resulted in .10/.10. The driver was booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Deputy responded to location after receiving a report of a female not concious and not breathing. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned the victim suffered from health issues. No signs of foul play observed or suspected.

Arrested: Dylan Slaydon, 30 YOM

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed, SFSTs were administered, and the driver showed further signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and submitted a breath sample resulting in .16. The driver was booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Location: NM 106 and West Sombrillo Road Espanola, NM

Arrested: Felipe Sisneros     Age: 37  Ojo Caliente, NM

Deputies initiated a traffic stop with Sisneros after observing a traffic violation. Upon contacting Sisneros, it was learned he had two warrants. Upon arresting Sisneros on the warrants he was found be possessing Fentanyl on his person. Sisneros was charged with the pssession and taken to jail.
