Deputies responded to the address in reference to a male who had been heard from. The family advised it appeared the male had committed suicide. Deputies arrived and the investigation revealed the male had a self inflicted gunshot wound. There were no signs of foul play.
Case #2026004140 // Battery Against a Household Member, Interference with Communications - 8/7/2026

Arrested: Christopher Garcia (37 YO)
Deputies went to the residence in reference to a domesitc disturbance. Deputies learned through the investigation that the involved parties, were involved in a verbal altercation. The altercation escalated when Mr. Garcia took Ms. Garcia's glasses off her face, shoved her, and took her phone. Mr. Garcia was placed under arrest and booked into SFADC without incident.

Deputies made contact with the above individual during a welfare check, it was learned that she had an active warrant for her arrest and was taken into custody without incident.
Case #2026004117 Embezzlement

Deputies responded to the location in reference to an employee embezzling money from the business. Deputies were advised the employee took several thousand dollars from the business over an extended period of time. This case remains under investigation.
Case #2026004103 - Possession Stolen firearm, Driving Revoked - 8/5/2026

Deputies conducted a traffic stop for an illegible registration plate, the driver was driving on revoked license witout an interlock. During the contact, a glock firearm was observed with an extended magazine, during the tow inventory the firearm was ran through NCIC and was reported stolen. The suspect was arrested and booked.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Deputies were advised unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the vehicle and stole items from within. There is no suspect information at this time.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a violation of a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO). Deputies were advised the suspect violated a TRO by messaging and contacting the victim through social media. A summons was issued for the suspect.

Victim reported this vehicle was stolen on or around July 7, 2026. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen. This case is under investigation.

On Tuesday, August 4, 2026, deputies made contact with a victim who advised they were defrauded out of over $2,000. The victim stated they believed someone had accessed their credit cards during a recent move. This case remains under investigation.

Deputies observed Amanda Jay-walking across Cerrillos Rd and she was contacted. She was found to have an outstanding warrant and she was arrested. She was later booked at the SF ADC.
