Location: 5th St/St. Michaels Dr, Santa Fe

Arrested: Joseph Gallegos, 31 YOA male, Santa Fe

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for unsafe conditions. The driver was found to be driving on a revoked license due to a previous DWI. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.  

Case # 2026004728/Battery on a household member, Criminal Damage to property

Location: Dawn Trail

Suspect: Ariel Alarid 29 YOF

Deputies responded to the above listed address in reference to a domestic disturbance. Lucas Jaramillo reported that his girlfriend, Ariel Alarid, grabbed his shirt and scratched his neck during a physical altercation. Deputies also observed damage to Lucas's Meta Quest virtual reality goggles and vehicle, with total estimated property damage of approximately $750. Based on the statements and physical evidence, Ariel was arrested and charged with above listed charges. Ariel was transported and booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center without further incident.

Location: Raven Tree Rd. 

Missing: Cline, Mason (44 Y.O.M.)

Deputies responded to the report of a missing person. Deputies learned that Mr. Cline had not been seen since Friday 9.4.26. He was last seen wearing beige pants, a short sleeve plaid button down shirt, sunglasses and brown shoes. Mr. Cline has short balding hair and a beard. He is approximately 5'10" and 170 lbs. He was also known to be driving a silver 2006 Honda Civic bearing NM license plate NYG272. This case remains under investigation. Location: Canada Village

Arrested: Prada, Jeanette M (60 Y.O.F.)

Deputies responded to the area in reference to a domestic disturbance. It was learned that Mrs. Prada struck the victim, a household member, in the head with an open palm. She was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Case #2026004714/Driving Under the Influence

Entering: Cpl. A. Currey

Location: NM 503 Mile Marker 4

Suspect: Carson Lindsey 22 YOM

Deputies were dispatched to the above llocation regarding a vehicle partially blocking the roadway with an unresponsive male in the driver’s seat. Deputies made contact with the driver who exhibited signs of impairment. Driver was placed under arrest for DUI and transported to Santa Fe ADC where he was booked without further incident.

Location: N. Riverside Dr. 

Arrested: Vigil, Criselia Theresa (42 Y.O.F.)

Deputies were patrolling the area and ran the license plate of Ms. Vigil's vehicle. It was learned that Ms. Vigil had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. A traffic stop was conducted and Ms. Vigil was arrested for the warrant. She was booked into The Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Arrested: Jaramillo, John R (41 Y.O.M.)

Deputies were conducting traffic enforcement in the area. They stopped the suspect for suspended registration and insurance. It was subsequently learned that Mr. Jaramillo's license was revoked due to a previous DWI. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Arrested-Carson Lindsey 22 YOM (Tulsa, OK)

NM 503

Deputies reposnded to a vehicle parked on the side of the road and was partially still in the roadway. Driver was reported to be asleep behind the wheel. Contact was made with the driver who showed signs of imapairment and was placed under arrest. Driver provided two breath samples which were 0.08-0.09. driver was booked into SF ADC.

Arrested-David Safian 60YOM (Santa Fe, NM)

Deputy respoded to the location for a welfare check and observed a single motor vehicle crash. Driver agreed to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and refused to provide a breath sample. Driver was booked into SF ADC with out incident.

Deputy Gallardo Conducted on Mr. Perez's vehicle. After making contact with Mr. Perez it was learned that his privilege to drive had been revoked due to a previous DWI. Mr. Perez was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
