Location:  Camel Tracks off of CR 56C Petroglyphs parking lot, Santa Fe, NM (La Cieneguilla)

On 7/3/11 between 1310 and 1420 hours unknown persons broke into the victims vehicle by breaking the drivers side window.  Unknown persons took 2 pair of prescription glasses and $25.00 in misc. coin and bills which was inside the vehicle.  Victim stated that his vehicle was parked in the Petroglyphs parking lot.  It is unknown what was used to break the window.  Estimated value of items taken is $425.00.  Estimated damage amount is $300.00.

Location:  residence off of Rancho Las Lagunas, Santa Fe, NM (Pojoaque)

On 7/3/11 deputies responded to a larceny.  Victim stated that some friends of his went over to his residence on 7/1/11 and 7/2/11.  Victim stated that they took US currency, Mexican and German silver coins, medication, liquor, and beef from inside his residence.  Victim stated that the estimated value of the items taken is $1810.00.  Victim stated that he did not allow them to take the items.

Location:  residence off of Don Filomeno, Tesuque, NM (Chupadero)

On 7/2/11 deputy responded to above location in reference to a larceny.  Victim stated that she was home working in the garden and heard a loud vehicle near her garage at 1000 hours.  Victim stated when her husband arrived home he discovered several of his items taken outside of the garage.  Victim stated that several tools, 2 power drills, a skill saw, an arc welder, and a power generator were taken.  Estimated value of items taken is $7500.00.  Victim did not see the vehicle.

Location:  3600 block of Platte Road, Santa Fe, NM (Riverside MHP)

On 7/1/11 deputies responded to above location in reference to a larceny.  Victim stated that between 6/20/11 at 1400 hours and 7/1/11 at 1700 hours unknown persons stole lumber to a wood deck and shed from her property.  Victim estimated the value to be about $7000.  No suspects at this time.

Suspect:  Manuel Gallegos, age 23, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery on a household member

On 7/1/11 deputies responded to an after the fact domestic dispute in which victim stated that the suspect struck her this morning by striking her legs and punched her on the left cheek and lip area. Victim stated that she bit her husband to get him off of her. Victim had injuries to her legs and lip.  Suspect admitted to hitting victim and arguing with her.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention center.

Location: 85 La Pradera Road, Santa Fe NM ( Rancho Viejo area)

 Arrested: Mathew Cook

Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. Mathew Cook was involved in a verbal argument with a house hold member. During the argument he kicked and punched the house hold member and did so with a wooden paddle. He was booked for Aggravated Battery against a household member.

Between July 1 2011, and July 2, 2011 victim reported that he had at total of $900.00 stolen from his wallet and residence. Suspects are acquaintances of the victim, and were at the residence between the above dates. Suspects are pending further investigation

ARRESTED:  ALIAKSEI KULIASHEVICH, 26 YOA MALE, ALBUQUERQUE AREA

CHARGES: DISORDERLY CONDUCT, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA UNDER ONE OUNCE, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT WAS INVOLVED IN AN ARGUMENT WITH HIS GIRLFREIND AND THEN LEFT THE AREA.  SUSPECT CAME BACK LATER AND WAS FOUND BANGING ON OTHER PEOPLES DOORS IN THE AREA DUE TO HIS INTOXICATION.  SUSPECT WAS LOCATED AND FOUND TO HAVE MARIJUANA AND PARAPHERNALIA.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED BY A DEPUTY FAILING TO STOP AT A POSTED STOP SIGN BEFORE MAKING A RIGHT HAND TURN.  A DWI INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED AND SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.  VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED AND SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DENTENTION CENTER.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED FAILING TO MAINTAIN HIS LANE OF THE ROADWAY.  DURING TRAFFIC STOP SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A SUSPENDED LICENSE AND ADMITTED TO DRINKING.  DWI INVESTIGATION WAS DONE AND FOUND THE SUSPECT TO BE INTOXICATED AND IN POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.  TWO PASSENGERS WERE ARRESTED ON OUTSTANDING WARRANTES.  ALL WERE TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.  VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.
