The above suspect was placed under arrest at the scene of a domestic altercation for battering his girlfriend and pointing a .22 caliber rifle at her, threatening to kil her. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

The above suspect was placed under arrest at the scene of a domestic altercation for battering her boyfriend. She was booked into ADC accordingly.

Suspect/Arrested: Pending

Sometime between August 5, 2010 and August 12, 2010 an unknown person(s) stole a buffet and hutch which had been delivered to a residence at the above location by UPS.  According to the victim the furniture which is valued at $1,749.00 was placed at the end of the driveway by UPS because the gate to her property was locked.  No further information at this time.

Case# 0210006867 Driving While License Suspended or Revoked

Suspect:  Jesus Almeida, 45, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:   Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Failure to Obey Sign

On 8-17-2010 at 6:47 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west bound at the location when he made a U-turn  where there is a sign posted prohibiting such a turn.  A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revcealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the arrest clause attached.  The vehicle was not seized as this incident took place in an incorporated portion of Snta Fe County.

Victim reported that on this date some time between 8:00am and 5:00pm some unknown person forced open a bedroom window and entered his residence. Suspects ransacked the residence. Victim does not believe anything was stolen from the residence.

Stolen: Turquoise necklace and bracelet, silver/crystal necklace

On this date Victim reported that while she was out of town for an extended time, a pest control company was contracted to remove some moths from her residence. Upon returning home victim noticed the above listed items missing valued at about $1800.00

Stolen: 47” Flat Screen TV.

Victim reported that on this date sometime between 11:00am and 1:10pm some unknown person unlawfully entered his residence by kicking open the front door. Upon entering the residence the above listed items were stolen valued at about $1200.00

Location: Nancy’s Trail Santa Fe NM (599 frontage rd area)

Stolen: 2007 homemade 6’x10’ Black Motorcycle Trailer with 6’ ramp.

Victim reported that sometime between 8/3/10 and 8/17/10 some unknown person stole his Motorcycle trailer from the above location. The trailer had reflectors and running lights on the rails and was valued at about $1200.00.

Location:  residence off of Sculpture Road, Santa Fe, NM (Silverado Subdivision)

On 8/16/10 between 1040 and 1700 hours, victim stated that unknown persons entered his residence.  Victim stated that the suspects took a Sony TV, a laptop computer, and keys to the residence.  There was no forced entry.  Estimated value of items taken is about $4000.00.
