On 07/06/2011 victim reported she lost her State Employees Credit Union debit/credit card between June 13th 2011 and June 16th 2011. Between June 16th and July 5th unknown suspect used the victim's card to make a total of 13 unauthorized purchases in Santa Fe, Bernalillo and Albuquerque totaling $738.89.

On 7/6/11 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a larceny. Victim stated that between 7/5/11 at 1200 hrs. and 7/6/11 at 1400 hrs. unknown persons entered victim's property and damaged the gate posts. Victim stated that unknown persons then removed 3 motorcycles that are used for scrap, a heavy metal 3 legged A frame, a piece of steel rail, and several pieces of scrap metal. Estimated value of items taken is $1800. Estimated damage amount is $100.

Victim reported that on this date at approximately 5:00pm her Honda was stolen from her front yard. Proof of ownership was provided. No forced entry is suspected at this time. A BOLO was provided to surrounding agencies. Case is under investigation.

On 7/6/11 deputies were dispatched to Pojoaque Tribal Police Department in reference to an aggravated battery. Victim stated that she was heavily medicated and that suspect wanted her to go to bed with him. Suspect then removed his belt and battered her with it repeatedly. Victim stated that suspect then locked her in a back bedroom against her will. Victim did have bruising and cuts on her legs and buttocks area. Criminal Investigations was called and took over the investigation. Victim stated that this occurred Sunday, July 3, 2011.

Between 1:00 am and 3:00 am on July 5th2011 a male and a female were involved in physical altercation in the females vehicle. During the altercation the male allegedly pulled out a shot gun and pointed it at the female then choked and punched her. The male fled the scene in her vehicle. This case is pending further investigation.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED IN AN ARGUMENT WITH HER CHILDS FATHER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. DURING INVESTIGATION SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE DRIVING WITH A REVOKED LICENSE DUE TO A RECENT DWI ARREST. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE LESS THAN ONE OUNCE OF MARIJUANA AND A PYREX PIPE AND ROLLING PAPERS. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. SUSPECTS VEHICLE (A 2007 TOYOTA CAMERY) WAS SEIZED BY THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

Suspect was located outside of his residence in a vehicle discharging a firearm by the caller. Suspect was intoxicated at the time and upset with current situational matters. Suspect discharged several rounds into the surrounding area before being taken into custody without incident. Booked into Santa Fe County ADC without incident.
