On 2-4-11 deputy was dispatched to the above address. Upon my arrival victim stated that he was home and noticed a male standing on his back porch. He said that the male grabbed a black and red bag from his porch and left on foot towards the Anasazi Village apartments. The bag contained a Milwaukee tool set which includes 2 cordless drills, a 12" grinder, a Skil saw, and 2 Sawzall 18V batteries w/ charger. Estimated value of items taken is $700.00. Victim stated that the suspect got into a red in color Hyundai vehicle and left the area.
The victim did video tape the male and the video was placed into evidence.

On 2-4-11 deputy was dispatched to the above address. Upon my arrival victim stated that she left her home on Jan 1st and returned today at one fifteen to find her front door damaged and side doors wide open and the above items missing. Victim stated that a 20" flatscreen TV, a Nintendo DS, a Xbox 360, and 2 10" Magnum speakers were taken from within. Estimated value of items taken is $1720.00. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

Arrested: Hamza Altheyab - age 26, Santa Fe, NM
The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane. Upon contact with the driver, he exhibited signs of intoxication and was placed under arrest. He submitted to a breath test and the results were .13 and .12. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED AS SHE CHECKED ONTO HER HOUSE SHE FOUND WHERE SOME ONE HAD BROKEN OUT THE WINDOW OF HER DOOR AND ENTERED HER HOUSE. SHE REPORTED THAT THE SUSPECT REMOVED HER TV, DVD PLAYER AND HER I POD DOCK. ALL ITEMS WERE VALUED AT ABOUT $3,000.00. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

Victim reported that sometime between November 2010 and this date a trailer park shed was broken into. Entry was gained forcefully through a main door. Taken was a Troy-Built Generator from the shed. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported that on this date between the hours of 10:00am and 3:15 pm their residence was unlawfully entered through a main entry door. No damage was noted at this time and no items were noted as missing. Case is under investigation.

Stolen: 1999 Harley Davidson Road King motorcycle, black PJ utility trailer (6x10).
Victim reported that sometime between Jan 10th 2011 and Feb 3rd 2011, someone unlawfully entered his garage though a possible unlocked South side pedestrian door and stole his 1999 Harley Davidson Road King motorcycle. A 2007 PJ trailer (6x10) black in color was also stolen from outside the garage by the north garage door.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $14700.00.

Deputy conducted traffic stop after observing above arrestee failing to maintain lanes and speeding. Above arrestee had signs of intoxication and was arrested. Arrestee submited to a legal blood draw and was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, VICTIM REPORTED SUSPECT WAS SEEN ON HIS PROPERTY ON 01-26-2011 BUT DID NOT REPORT IT. VICTIM REPORTED HE DISCOVERED THAT HIS PROPERTY HAD BEEN STOLEN SO HE REPORTED IT. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

On above date deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to an auto burglary. Upon arrival it was determined that sometime between 1:00 AM and 1:10 AM unknown persons broke the passenger side window of the above vehicle and stole the above items. A brown in color Pontiac Grand Am was seen in the area but it is unknown whether it was related or not. Damge to vehicle is set at about $700.00.
