Caller reported that her adult son came home, and she believed he was on drugs. When she confronted him, he began yelling at her. Deputies responded and found that Paul Chavez had a warrant out of SF Municipal Court. Deputies contacted Paul while he was taking a shower to advise him of the warrant. He finished his shower and was placed under arrest. He was later booked at ADC.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a welfare check. The subject had an active arrest warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failure to appear on shoplifting charges. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Arrested: Juan Orozco 21 YOM
Deputies made contact with the subject after observing the subject and another male pulled over in the shoulder of 84-285 involved in an altercation. Deputies contacted the subject and observed signs of impairment. A DUI investigation was conducted and the male was arrested. Several open containers of alcoholic beverages were found in the subject's vehicle. The subject refused to submit to a breath test and was booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Deputies made contact with the subject after observing the subject and another male pulled over in the shoulder of 84-285 involved in an altercation. Deputies contacted the subject who advised he was traveling from Espanola to Santa Fe. The subject showed signs of impairment and refused to perform SFSTs, became uncooperative, and refused to submit to a breath test. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC.

The original charges for the warrants include Agg stalking, Criminal damage to property of HHM x2, Battery on HHM x3, and Resisting, evading, or obstructing. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the location regarding a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, they learned that the victim had sustained injuries inflicted by the subject. The subject was arrested, transported, and taken to jail. While at the jail, the subject spat in the face of a deputy and was subsequently charged accordingly.

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to identity theft. The victim reported that he has been receiving letters indicating he owes approximately $200 to Tulalip Casino; approximately $100 to Tulalip Bingo; and approximately $200 to Noo-Kayate Gaming. The victim claims he has never gambled with those affiliates. The victim received an email from Turbo Tax in August, stating his social securty number and phone may have been compromised though a possible hack.

Arrested: David Islas (25 YO)
Location: Airport Rd.
Deputy conducted a traffic stop and identified the driver who had a warrant from the U.S. Marshals. The warrant was for a probation violation for smuggling aliens and conspiracy to transport aliens. Upon inventory of the vehicle, narcotics were located. A search warrant was conducted on the vehicle and fentanyl and cocaine were collected, as well as items used for trafficking narcotics. Subject was charged and rebooked at the jail.

Victim reported she allowed suspect male to use her vehicle for a short run. A day has passed and vehicle still not returned. She wished to enter vehicle as stolen. Case is under investigation.
