CHARGES: DWI FELONY, RECKLESS DRIVING, RESISTING AN OFFICER AND DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE
ON THIS DATE DEPUTY OBSERVED SUSPECT WEST BOUND ON AIRPORT ROAD WITH NO HEADLIGHT ON. WHEN DEPUTY ATTEMPTED TO STOP SUSPECT HE TOOK OFF TRYING TO GET AWAY FROM DEPUTY BY GOING TO HIS HOUSE. AFTER STOPPING SUSPECT TRYED TO RUN AWAY, BUT WAS STOPPED. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED AND WAS ARRESTED. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A REVOKED DRIVER'S LICENSE AND HAD FIVE OTHER DWI ACTIONS ON HIS RECORD. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. THE VEHICLE WAS SEIZED AND TAKEN TO THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED FAILING TO MAINTAIN HIS LANE OF THE ROADWAY. SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AFTER FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Deputy observed above listed person traveling in a motor vehicle southbound on US HWY 84/285 at a high rate of speed. Deputy initiated a traffic stop, and observed signs of impairment on the above listed person. Deputy conducted tests and determined above person was impaired. Above listed person was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On This Date at the above location a technical specialist was inventorying all the schools computers at which time he noticed several computers were not accounted for. A teacher had the ipad on his desk and after the changing of classes he noticed it missing.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $2200.00

On This Date Victim reported while walking his dogs as he routinely does in the morning he was crossing aforementioned road he saw suspect vehicle accelerate towards him and veer into his direction. Victim ran to the sidewalk and went back to his residence and notified law enforcement. Victim did not know the make or model of the suspect vehicle. Victim also advised the male driver had a black hoodie on and could not see his face
