ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED HE BECAME INVOLVED IN A FIGHT WITH HIS BOYFREIND. VICTIOM REPORTED THEY HAD BEEN BREAKING UP TODAY AND THEN TONIGHT THEY GOT INTO A FIGHT AFTER SUSPECT BROKE IN THE DOOR TO GET INTO THE HOUSE. VICTIM HAD A SPLIT LIP AND RED MARKS ON HIS FACE. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND THEN HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER. VICTIM WAS TREATED FOR HIS INJURY AND RELEASED.

Charged: DWI (Felony), Careless Driving, Vehicle Entering Stop or Yield Intersection
On February 21, 2011 at 7:32 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location. The suspect disregarded a stop sign and drove around a marked, Pojoaque Tribal Police Department vehicle with its emergency lights activated. The left side mirror of the vehicle struck a Pojoaque Tribal Police Officer, who was directing traffic at the scene of a residential structure fire, causing no injuries. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect has three or more prior DWI Offenses. As a result the vehicle was siezed pursuant to the Santa Fe County DWI Vehicle Forfieture Ordinance.
