Victim reported that she had been involved in a physical fight with the suspect at the above location. After the fight victim reported that the suspect pulled out a small .22 cal handgun and pointed it at her. No firearm was located on the suspect or in her vehicle, victim and suspect were both uninjured.

Victim reported that sometime between 1200hrs and 1930hrs on 02-20-2011 some unknown person(s) entered the residence. Once in the residence personal property was damaged and thrown around the residence. No items at this time were observed missing. Case is under investigation.

On above date suspect was housed at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. While in the intake area Lailes became combative and spat upon two detention officers. Lailes was re-booked on the above charges

Suspect: David Mondragon Age: 30 Jaconita
David Mondragon was arrested for Aggravated Battery against a Household Member and Criminal Damage to Property after deputies responded to a Domestic Dispute at his home in Jaconita off of County road 84. It was learned that Mondragon had battered a household member with a garden hoe, criminally damaged the home by breaking windows and damaging the floor and then fled. He was located on US 84/285 near Pojoaque and apprehended. He also had to active bench warrants (unrelated) that were served upon him.

On 2/18/11 deputies responded to the above address in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival it was determined that after a verbal argument the suspect struck the victim about the head and face with a cooking pan and a fire poker. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 2/18/11 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary in progress. Victim stated that she left her residence at 1200 and returned at 2000 hours to find her rear door broken. Victim stated that suspects took 2 TV's from the den area and a Panasonic video camera. Estimated value of items taken is $3000.00. Estimated damage amount is $1,200.00.

Charged: Driving on a revoked License, No Insurance, Vehicle to be in working condition, Bench warrant for failure to appear out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court
On 2/18/11 a traffic stop was conducted on suspect's vehicle. During the stop the driver was found to have a revoked driver's license with the arrest clause. It was learned that the driver had an active bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failure to appear. Driver did not have current insurance. Driver was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. The vehicle was seized and was towed to the Department's impound lot.

On 2/18/11 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a fraud. Upon arrival it was determined that the victim's step son had opened up several cell phone accounts under the victim's name. Victim stated that the cell phone bills totalled about $700.00. Victim advised that he does not know where the suspect is residing or any further information on him.
