Keith was last seen on 12-21-10, at which time he told his grandmother and aunt that he was headed to Chaco Canyon on a "Vision Quest".

On December 19, 2010 between 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect grabbed the victim's neck with his hands and pushed her out of the residence.

Deputies called to area for found human remains. Homeowner began renovations on property, during the trenching process two complete sets of human remains were located. OMI contacted and believed remains were not recent. State historic preservation office contacted. No foul play suspected

On December 19, 2010 at 1:33 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.

On December 18, 2010 at 2:00 AM an unidentified male stole the vehicle from a residence at the location. The unidentified male "hot wired" the vehicle. A check of the area met with negative results in locating the vehicle.
