Suspect was involved in a domestic dispute with 30 year old female. During the dispute the suspect refused to let female leave the home by tossing her to floor several times. Female sustained minor injuries during the dispte. Suspect was contacted and arrested without incident.

Charges: DWI (first offense), Speeding, Following to close, Driver to be licensed
Driver was observed operating his 2006 Chrysler on US 84/285 northbound at a high rate of speed. Driver was observed following a separate vehicle too close for the speed traveled. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was determined to be operating the vehicle without a drivers license. During investigation it was learned that the driver was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Driver arrested without incident and booked into ADC.

ITEMS STOLEN: TAN WALLET, CREDIT CARDS, DRIVERS LICENSE AND $30.00 CASH.
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED THAT SOME UNKNONW PERSON (S) WENT INTO HER OFFICE AT HER PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT AND REMOVED HER WALLET CONTAINING THE ITEMS LISTED ABOVE. VICTIM DID NOT KNOW THIS UNTIL SHE LEFT FOR THE DAY AND STOPPED TO PURCHASE SOME ITEMS. SHE FOUND OUT THAT SOMEONE TRYED TO USE HER CREDIT CARDS AT LOCAL GAS STATIONS. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

CHARGES: ROVKED DRIVERS LICENSE
ON THIS DATE DEPUTY HILDERBRANT OBSERVED ALTON WALSH DRIVING A MOTOR VEHICLE. DUE TO DEPUTY HILDERBRANT KNOWING MR. WALSH AND KNOWING THAT HE DOSE NOT POSSESS A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE HE STOPPED HIM. A CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MR. WALSH'S LICENSE SHOWED IT WAS REVOKED DUE TO A DWI AND HAD THE 66-8-122G. MR. WALSH WAS ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE JAIL. THE VEHICLE WAS SEIZED AND TAKEN TO THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.
