Victim reported on 04/14/2011 between 12:00pm and 4:00pm unknown suspect's entered an abandon mobile home on his property through a rear door. Once inside they damaged several walls, windows, cabinets, the toilet, mirror and several doors. Victim estimated between $7,000 and $10,000 in damages. The invetsigation is ongoing.

On 04/13/2011 complainant reported an 8 year old boy was being physically abused and sexually exploited by the suspect. The case is currently under investigation.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim a (48 year old female) was located unresponsive. This case is a death investigation, which is on going. No fowl play is expected in this incident.

Location: Ogowii Drive Pojoaque, NM
Employee reported that a female entered the establishment stating that she was a manager of the company and needed to audit the establishment. Employee agreed and female walked to back of the business while employee called manager. Employee stated that during this time suspect gained entry into the register and stole an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing. Case is still under investigation

Arrested: Nathaniel Vonstaats Age;40 Santa Fe,NM
Driver was stopped by Deputies after observing traffic violations. Contact with the driver was made and after interviewing subject, he was asked to submit to field sobriety testing. Driver was found to be impaired and was arrested for the listed offenses.

Arrested: Anthony Paiz, Age:52, Santa Fe New Mexico
Above listed arrestee was stopped while driving a motor vehicle with one headlamp. Deputy during the course of his contact with above arrestee, observed numerous signs of impairment. After several tests were conducted Deputy determined the above listed arrestee was impaired. Above listed arrestee was placed under arrest and transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Victim reported unknown suspect broke into victim's vehicle by breaking the passenger window while the vehicle was parked on Hyde Park Road between 3:30pm and 5:00pm. Several items were reported stolen from within the vehicle to include 2 handcuff cases, duty belt, ASP baton, OC spray, latex glove pouch and a backpack. Victim noticed a white moving truck leaving the area but was unable to obtain license plate information.

Suspect: Adam Fortenberry, 33 years old, Edgewood New Mexcio
On April 13th 2011 above suspect was stopped for a traffic violation. Further investigation revealed suspect was in possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of suspected meth. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: 21 Arroyo Pequeno (Tesuque NM area)
Stolen: Misc Jewelry.
Between Monday 04-11-2011 at approximately 4:00pm and April 13, 2011 at approximately 9:32am, the above residence was burglarized by forced entry through the rear door. Misc. Jewelry was stolen from master bedroom, unknown value amount. Suspects are pending further investigation.
The value of the stolen jewelry is pending at this time.
