It does not appear that any items were missing, however the victim feels reasonably certain that someone entered her home. A screwdriver was found in the area, which was consistent with the pry marks on door.

On 12-01-10 the victim reported that the IRS contacted him saying that he failed to file income tax on wages made at a local restaurant. The victim reported that he had never worked at the named restaurant. The victim believes that someone must be utilizing his social security number.

Victim reported on this date that sometime between 12:00noon and 2:30pm some unknown person unlawfully entered her residence by forcing open the kitchen window and stole the above listed items from within the living room area.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $1250.00
