Listed suspect while visiting victim grabbed her and threw her on a bed refusing to let her free. Suspect then choked her causing her to sustain redness. Victim was able to fight off the attacker and called for law enforcement. Suspect was located walking away from the home. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.

A Case Manager for the Electronic Monitoring Program reported that a client reported to his office and found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. The Case Manager was in the process of issuing a warrant for the client when she fled on foot out of the building and into a vehicle in the parking lot driving off. The client was not located.

On 2-7-11, I was dispatched to 3330 Calle Po Apei # 1110 at the Casa Vilita Apartments. Upon my arrival I spoke with the victim.She stated that between the hours of 9:30am and 11:00am keys had been taken from her residence. The suspect some how gained entry through a dead bolted front door leaving no signs of forced entry. Estimated value of items taken is $300.00

Harvey Arellano was charged with Misdemeanor Posession of Marijuana after he was arrested for an active warrant at Santa Fe County Electronic Monitoring. He had in his possession during booking a small amount of marijuana in his pants pocket.

Suspect: Clyde Lucero Age: 38 Santa Fe
Clyde Lucero was arrested for Battery Against a Household Member and Interference with Communications after deputies responded to a domestic dispute on San Mateo Way. Upon arrival deputies located Lucero hiding in a neighbor's car. It was discovered that he had battered a Household member causing minor injury and pulled out the telephone lines preventing the victim from calling for help. He was booked without further incident.

Above person was stopped after a Deputy observed a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver he was found to be impaired and was arrested. The driver was taken for a legal blood draw. The driver was found to have three or more prior DWI's.

Suspect was observed by security brandish a firearm at an unknown male. Suspect was located by security and upon deputy contact it was determined that suspect was a convicted felon and was intoxicated at the time of incident. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.
