Suspect was stopped for a traffic violation. During the stop it was determined that the suspect had been drinking but was not impaired or over the legal limit. Also during the investigation it was determined that there were open containers of alcohol in the vehicle. Also found in the vehicle was five (5) tablets of Ecstasy. Suspect was arrested.

On November 20, 2010 at 2:14 AM deputies responded to an alarm activation at a business at the location. Upon arrival it was discovered that person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means had gained entry by the business by shattering a window on the south side of the building. Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed two televisions and $1,300.00 in cash.

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a missing person. Upon arrival it was determined that the victim left the above facility on November 17, 2010 at approximately 3:00 pm and has not returned. The victim is approximately 5'09" 145 lbs. has brown eyes and brown hair. The victim was last seen wearing blue jeans and a baseball hat. Victim was entered into NCIC and Missing Persons Clearinghouse.

Victim reported that sometime between 11:30am and 2:30pm on this date some unknown person unlawfully entered the above residence through an unlocked rear sliding door. The residence was ransacked and it is unknown if anything was stolen at this time. This incident is under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On 11-17-10 the victim reported that someone had entered the residence by unknown means between 11-06-10 and 11-16-10. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed the above listed items. The victim was unable to provide a serial number for the handgun at time of report. The victim provided 3 Playstation controllers that had been moved during the incident. The controllers will be submitted into the NM DPS crime lab. Suspect information is pending.

On November 18, 2010 at 12:15 AM the supect was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the location. The suspect failed to yield the right of way to another vehicle as she was attempting to make a left turn resulting in a collision. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. The suspect was unable to produce her valid Colorado Driver's License upon request. The driver of the other vehicle was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. Neither of the two passengers in the the suspect's vehicle was injuried. The suspect sustained a minor injury and declined medical attention at the scene.
