The driver was subsequently placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly

Victim reported that their 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix was stolen from their residence on Friday, January 28th, 2011. After taking the report the vehicle was located off of Airport Road with the rear window broken out. Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to a medical call of an unresponsive male adult. Upon arrival medics were unable to revive the subject. The death appears to be of a medical nature and no signs of foul play. Case is under investigation.

Deputies stopped vehicle after recieving report of a possible drunk driver. Driver was found to be impaired and was arrested. Driver refused to submit to chemical testing.

On 1/29/11 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that sometime between 2000 hours on 1/27/11 and 1400 hours on 1/28/11 someone unlawfully entered his art studio and stole a Craftsman 30 gallon air compressor and a Sony DVD/VCR player. Victim stated that there was no damage and that the value of the items area about $625.00.

On 1/28/11 deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to an embezzlement. Victim stated when he arrived to his mobile office on 1/17/11 he noticed that 3 Dewalt 12V cordless impact drivers and 2 Dewalt 12V cordless screw guns missing. Victim stated that he suspects a person that was working for him because he did not show up to work after the tools were missing. Estimated value of items taken is $600.00.

It is unknown how entry was gained into the residence. Case is under investigation.
