Victim reported on this date that sometime between 3:30am and 4:00pm some unknown person unlawfully entered the above listed residence through an unlocked sliding door. Upon entering the unknown person stole the above listed items valued at about $1400.00. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (65 year old male) was found deceased at his residence by a family member. It was determined that the victim died of natural causes, there were no signs of foul play. Victim had a lengthy medical history.

Charges:Assault Upon a Household Member, Selling, Giving, Alcohol to a Minor, Criminal Damage to Property
On 09-10-10 Deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival they learned that the juvenile was under the influence of intoxicating liquor. During the dispute the juvenile broke the window to the victims vehicle. The juvenile had also verbally threatened to shoot the victim with a 9MM handgun and wished the victim would die. The juvenile was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Juvenile Detention Center accordinglyu.

On September 9, 2010 at 11:30 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location with a non-operational right head lamp. The suspect was unable to produce valid proof of insurance upon request. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's license is revoked with the arrest clause attached.
