Sometime between the hours of 02:00 AM and 12:00 PM on this date someone gained entry to the victim's vehicle through an unlocked door. Once inside the suspect stole a set of keys that which are used to unlock cars at Beaver Toyota.

Victim reported that sometime between 08:00 AM and 10:00 AM this date someone forced entry to his residence. Once inside the suspect stole $20,000.00 worth of electronic equipment.

On 5/30/10 victim stated that she wanted to file a report on an attempted breaking and entering. Victim stated that between 5/29/10 at 2000 hours and 5/30/10 at 1200 hours unknown persons had kicked the rear garage door. Victim stated that unknown persons damaged the door frame near the door knob. Victim stated that entry was not gained. Estimated damage amount is $200.00.

Location: 3500 block of Placita Rael Loop, Santa Fe, NM (off of Airport Road)
On 5/30/10 victim wanted to file a report on someone breaking into his vehicles. Victim stated that this occurred between 2200 hours last night and 0700 hours today. Victim stated that unknown persons took an Ipod, 10 CD's, a baseball bat, a baseball glove, and a trailer hitch from inside his 2008 Chevy pickup. Victim stated that unknown persons also gained entry into his 2003 red in color Hyundai but nothing was taken. Victim stated that he believes unknown persons also scratched his 1996 red in color Chevy pickup. Estimated value of all items taken is about $800.00. Estimated damage amount is about $200.00.

On May 29, 2010 at approximately 1:10 p.m. deputies responded to a 911 hang-up at the above location. Upon officer's arrival contact was made with the above suspect and her boyfriend who had been involved in a physical domestic dispute. Scratches were observed on the victims neck and the suspect admitted to grabbing him by the neck during the dispute. Suspect was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Detention center where she was booked on the charge of Battery Against a Household Member.

It is unknown if entry was actually gained into the residence as the victim advised that nothing appeared to be missing or disturbed. No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

On May 29, 2010 at approximately 12:00 p.m. an unknown person(s) gained forced entry into the above listed residence through the front door activating the audible alarm system. The suspect(s) entered into the living room and stole a 32" flat screen TV with an estimated value of $500.00 and then fled the residence as nothing else appeared to be disturbed. Estimated damage to the front door door-jam and dead bolt is $200.00. No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

On 05-30-2010 at approximately 0040hours- 12:40am, a traffic stop was conducted on a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500. The vehicle was observed failing to maintain it's lane of travel. Upon making contact with the driver signs of impairment were observed. The driver refused to submit to the Standardized Feild Sobriety Test. The driver was placed under arrest and agreed to chemical testing. The driver's breath test results were a .11/.12 BrAC. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
