On 4-27-2010 at 10:25 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location and failed to stop for a posted stop sign. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.

On 04-26-10 between 10:00am and 11:53pm, an unknown suspect gained entry into the property and removed the above items. The trailer was descibed as an 8 x 12 x10 box utility trailer. The victim did not have any information on the trailer. The unknown suspect also gained entry into a detached garage and removed serveral pieces of furniture and the tool box. Suspect information is pending.

On 04-26-2010 the victim reported that between 04-21-10 at 8:00am and 04-24-10 about 5:00pm, several pieces of her jewelry was stolen. The jewlery was sitting on top of her dresser during the time of the incident. There was no sign of forced entry into the residence. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On 4/26/10 a storage unit which was locked and secured with an iron rod and a key lock was broken into by prying the iron rod away from the door. Victim stated that a tool box with misc tools, an electric welder, a welding torch, and a welding mask was taken from inside. Estimated value of items taken $3377.00. Estimated damage amount is $150.00. Victim stated that this occurred between 4/24/10 at 0745 and 04/26/10 at 1023 hours.
