On 7/31/10 deputies were dispatched to 172 Los Pinos Road in reference to a domestic. Upon arrival deputies located suspect in the backseat of vehicle asleep. suspect stated he and his girlfriend got into an argument coming back from Albuquerque. Victim stated while coming back from Albuquerque, suspect had hit her with his right hand on her face near her eye. Victim also stated that suspect had damagged the mirror to her car. It was learned that the suspect had a warrant for his arrest and was on probation. Suspect was arrested, transported,and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 7-31-2010 at 12:01 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.

On 7-30-2010 the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect pushed the victim several times in the chest.

On 7-30-2010 the victim observed the suspect attempting to gain entry to a residence at the location through a partially opned window. The suspect did not gaiin entry and fled the scene.

Mandatory Proof of Financial Responsibility
On 7-30-2010 at 7:47 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location with a license plate that should be displayed on another vehicle. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. Acheck with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's driver's license is revoked with the arrest clause attached. The vehicle was siezed pursuant to the Santa Fe County DWI Vehicle Forfieture Ordinance.

On this date victim reported that her partner moved out and took the above listed items without permission. Victim also reported that suspect did not leave the keys to the residence. The items stolen were valued at about $1200.00

On this date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival it was determined that unknown persons entered the above residence by prying open the front door. The above items were stolen from the residence, and also an unlocked storage shed on the property. The items stolen were valued at about $1900.00

On 7/30/10 between the hours of 1330 and 1645, victim stated that his vehicle was burglarized. Victim stated that unknown persons broke the driver's side door window with an unknown type of tool. Victim stated that once inside unknown persons took a NM driver's license, a digital camera, a chef's knife, chef's coat and a black wallet with misc. cards. Estimated value of items taken is $1400. Estimated damage amount is $300.00.

On -7-28-10 Deputies responded to an unattended death at the above location. Detectives arrived on scene to investigate the incident. However, foul play is not suspected and there were no obvious signs of injury to the victim. Next of kin was notified by Detectives.

The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane. During the traffic stop, the driver exhibited signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly. Driver refused to submit to a breath test.
