 Victim reported that she went out of town for the months of October and November and upon returning home some of here belongings were missing. Victim believes her roommate sold here belongings thinking she had abandoned them. Suspect stated victim had removed some of her belongings last weekend when she showed up. Victim stated the items missing were valued at about $7235.00. Suspect denied stealing any of the victim’s belongings.


CASE 0209010602 / POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUT TO WITT:  COCAINE / 12-09-2009

LOCATION:  AGUA FRIA / COTTONWOOD DRIVE, SANTA FE AREA

ARRESTED:  OBED SANDOVAL-MAJALCA 35 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA & GUADALUPE CASTILLO-FERRALES 22 YOA MALE, ALBUQUERQUE AREA

CHARGES:  POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUT COCAINE

ON THIS DATE DEPUTY OBSERVED A BLUE IN COLOR 1996 GMC JIMMY WEST BOUND ON AGUA FRIA MAKING A TRAFFIC VIOLATION.  DEPUTY STOPPED VEHICLE AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE DRIVER, OBED SANDOVAL-MAJALCA.  DEPUTY EXPLAINED THE REASON FOR THE TRAFFIC STOP.  DRIVER AND HIS PASSENGER, GUADALUPE CASTILLO-FERRALES WERE MOVINGAROUND INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE.  INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE THEY WERE HIDING A ZIP-LOCK STYLE BAG, WHICH CONTAINED 44 SMALLER PACKS OF POWDER COCAINE AND A PILL BOTTLE WITH 18 ROCKS OF COCAINE.  SUSPECTS WERE FOUND TO HAVE A LARGE AMOUNT OF CASH ON THEIR PERSONS.  SUSPECTS LISTED ABOVE WERE ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.  THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.  


CASE 0209010599 / THEFT OF A CREDIT CARD, FRAUDULENT USE OF A CREDIT CARD / 12-08-2009

ITEMS STOLEN:  MASTER CARD CREIDT CARD, VALUED $5.00

ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED THAT HE WAS CONTACTED BY CREIT CARD COMPANY ABOUT SOME CHARGES.  VICTIM REPORTED THAT SOME UNKNOWN PERSON (S) REMOVED HIS MASTER CARD FROM HIS WALLET WHILE HE WAS AT WORK FORM HIS LOCKER.  VICTIM STATED THAT THE ONLY PERSON THAT COULD HAVE DONE THIS WAS A CO-WORKED.  VICTIM STAED THAT HE ROPRTED THE CREDIT CARD AS STOLEN TO THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY.  VICTIM STATED THAT HE DOES NOT HAVE OR KNOWS THE AMOUNT OF CHARGES AT THIS TIME, BUT HE KNOWS IT HAS BEEN USED FOUR TIMES.  CASE IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS POINT.

A camper business was conducting a inventory of their campers. It was noticed that the above camper was found to be stolen. It is not known, exactly when the camper was taken from this property. The camper was listed as a stolen vehicle in the Nation Computer Databank.

Victim: 21 YR OLD FEMALE

Victim reported that 0n 12/4/09, she drank to much, passed out, and does not remember having sex with the "suspect"  The suspect contacted her and asked if she remembered what happened and she said no. Investigation continues

On 12/7/09, approx 10:42PM, Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance, in which both suspects were highly intoxicated, and hitting each other. Both suspects admitted hitting one another, Both suspects arrested, charged, and booked accordingly

Suspect:  hispanic male 23-26 years of age, wearing sweatpants and black sweatshirt

On 12/7/09 unknown suspect entered establishment and proceeded to look around.  Suspect then exited establishment through side door.  Suspect re-entered and brandished a knife.  Suspect ordered victim to open the cash register.  Victim refused and grabbed cell phone to call 911.  Suspect ran out of the store with a six pack of Coors Light tall cans and left the area in a grey 4 door vehicle.  Estimated value of beer is $8.00.  Suspect was not located.

Suspect:  14 year old male, 5'4" to 5'6", thin build wearing blue hoodie, jeans and white tennis shoes

Victim reported that today at 1645 hours after being dropped off the school bus at the above location an unidentified male approached him asking him if he smoked.  Victim replied no and the suspect then asked what he had in his pocket.  Victim pulled out a cell phone and supsect grabbed it and fled south on Jemez Road.  Victim gave chase and suspect stopped and pulled out a knife and told victim to back off.  Victim complied and suspect fled on foot.  Estimated value of phone is $120.00.
